Experience of making rice noodles or rice crackers at Mrs.Luan family. The process involves taking the grains of rice, mixing with water and grinding into the rice milk. You will learn how to grind the rice in a traditional stone rice grinder. After that, you will try your best to make one by yourself.

Stop At: Tra Nhieu Fishing Village, Duy Xuyen, Hoi An 51000 Vietnam
Visit whale temples where the local fishermen will hope that their prayers will be carried to Cá Ông, the whale spirit, and they will be blessed with a safe fishing trip and a bountiful catch. Close relatives of fishermen also visit to light candles, burn incense, and pray for the safety of their loved ones, sometimes offering fruit and money, hoping their prayers are heard.

Ben runs a great private tour through rural villages meeting some locals and learning about their way of life. Ben runs a great private tour through rural villages meeting some locals and learning about their way of life. This is not a 'touristy' type of tour with crowds of people and locals harassing you to buy something. It felt much more personal like 'come and meet my friends'. Ben seems to have a good relationship with the locals he brings you to meet. We met a 99 year old man who showed us how he makes traditional bamboo basket boats, and a family who weaves colourful floor mats. We also got to participate in these activities. The water buffalo had a beautiful gentle nature and riding him was a fun experience. Ben is a great tour guide. He is very friendly and speaks English very well. His other rider Dzung was also friendly. I loved the fact that it was just the four of us for the tour. The afternoon ended with a delicious meal at a restaurant overlooking the ocean - so much food! I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone!Grung73

The tour company team members are all professional, informative, safe, friendly and fun! The tour price included everything from hotel pickup/drop-off, bottles of cold water and the delicious organic lunch. We had a great time with Tu, touring the countryside and eating delicious local food. Tu was very helpful and designed a custom tour for my daughter and I, as she wasn’t feeling too well. We loved it and recommend this tour to anyone that would like to get a glimpse of the local area and cuisine....

I visited Hoi An with my family in October 2019. We had this great tour with Tu on motorbikes. Everything was professional and well organized. He was very helpful, kind and knowledgable. Fluent in English. Loves his job and very motivated. Regarding the tour, basket boat tour in water coconut palm forest is a once in a lifetime experience. So beautiful!
