Absolutely worth every penny. Christian was an incredible guide and full of some much local knowledge. Would recommend 10/10. It’s the best to see what the Whitsundays has to offer.

The scenic flight was 1 hour long. Our pilot was Christian (?). We had the most amazing experience of flying over the Whitsundays and the coral reefs. The weather was perfect.

We did the 70 minute flight out of Whitsunday Airport as I didn't want to have to go into Proserpine for it & it is only a 6 seater plane so everyone has a window seat. We did the 70 minute flight out of Whitsunday Airport as I didn't want to have to go into Proserpine for it & it is only a 6 seater plane so everyone has a window seat. I would thoroughly recommend this trip; we loved every minute of it & I would call it a bucket list trip. Our pilot was very reassuring & we felt very safe. He took photos of us with our own cameras in front of the plane before we got in. We had headphones so we could hear him & he was very informative during the flight & constantly checking that we were all ok. The views over the islands are incredible but then you go out to the reef & it's just stunning. He took us down a low a 150 metres over them which was great. Do it, you won't regret it.intrepidtraveller000

If you are just a tiny bit curious and keen to take to the skies above the Whitsundays I can wholeheartedly recommend you do so with fly aus. We took the Scenic Flight this morning and it was just the most fantastic experience. So easy to book online, great communication with details as to what time to be at the Whitsunday Airport which is close to Airlie Beach prior to flight (transport available for pick up if required) Christian in the office was friendly, organized, relaxed and professional. He briefed us on what to expect on board, our flight path and gave us a safety demonstration prior to boarding. Max our pilot for this fantastic flight touched down with his previous clients and then it was our turn. We effortlessly took to the bluest of blue skies and we're awe struck at the beauty of the colours of the ocean. It was brilliant seeing the islands from above and the various boats anchored or making their way through the sublime turquoise water. Our lovely pilot Max communicated via headsets and explained which islands we were seeing and we had plenty of opportunities to take photos and videos. We found the flight length, the flight path and how affordable it was just right for us. We have not stopped smiling and are so glad we decided to take this scenic flight. It's safe, fun, affordable and incredible to be able to see this extraordinary part of Queensland from the air. Rate this as a must do experience at least once in a lifetime. Though gotta confess we will be tempted and do it again next time we are up at Airlie Beach.
