It was more cost-effective and we were seeking a more personal one-on-one experience. Our driver was Abdelhamid Arab-"Arab". We were very fortunate to have such a remarkable and professional driver for our tour. He picked us up and dropped us off at the cruise ship on time. He was a well-dressed English speaking driver and attentive to our needs. He promptly provided bottled water for our lengthy trip and access to Wi-Fi. He was (is) friendly, personable, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable through out the day. He provided insight on what to expect in Marrakech and took us to Chez L' Habitant for lunch. He was prompt to pick us up for different destinations. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed plenty of laughter and stories along the way. I would recommend Navette4You to anyone I know going to Morocco. I first found the company on TripAdvisor and figured I would give them a try. My parents and I ended up using the company multiple times throughout our trip to Morocco because we were so impressed with their customer service, professionalism and accessibility. We first booked the company for our transfer from Casablanca airport to our accommodation in Casablanca. The driver was friendly and shared his insights about the city with us as he drove us to our accommodation. The second time we booked with Navette4You was when we missed our flight from Casablanca to Marrakech. This car service was truly a life saver - the manager was accessible via Whats App and responded promptly with my request to book a car. He reassured me that I can relax, grab some coffee at the airport and that the driver will be there to pick us up in 30 minutes. The ease and reliability by which you can book a car with the company was great. Our drive to Marrakech was smooth and quick with another extremely kind driver (who also spoke English, which was very helpful). Finally, our last interaction with the company was when we booked a private car for a 1/2 day excursion. The company booked my parents and I a camel ride, which was fun. Then, we drove up through the Atlas Mountains where the driver was knowledgable on the area and could share interesting facts and insights. Our driver Hisham was wonderful. Very nice and very kind. After flying from the US to Casablanca, we preferred to take a car to Marrakech.
