Overview

Cooking School is located right inside Triana Food Market. We offer daily food market tours and cooking classes.

During the class, guests have the chance to get involved in the preparation of the dishes, as classes are designed for both novice and experienced cooks that will be able to learn and develop new techniques and skills.

Inclusions

  • Apron, chopboard, knives and all kitchen utensils needed.
  • Lunch - Full meal. You eat what you have cooked.

What to expect

There's no better way to immerse yourself in Seville's extraordinary culinary identity than with a cooking class and tour of a local food market.

Meet your friendly guide at Triana Market, where vendors sell colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheese, and a variety of other local delicacies.
Work with our chef and discover how to combine various ingredients and spices to achieve the special zest that sets Spanish food apart from the rest.

All ingredients and materials are provided by the school. Sangria and table olives are served during the class and at the end guests eat what has been cooked, accompanied by up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine or local beer).

All of our recipes can be adapted to any dietary restriction. Please advise in advance if a change in the menu is required.

Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will give you written recipes and lots of tips!

Due the current circumstances we will provide our guests with nitrile disposable gloves and hand sanitizer. Participants must bring their own mask, as we will all use it during cooking time.
We have reduced the capacity of our classes to guarantee the safety distance.

Unmissable from start to finish. We learned so much and wish we’d done this on our first day in Andalucia! The chef and market guide were entertaining, knowledgable and just lovely.

We had a great time. Victoria and staff were all so friendly and professional. My daughter doesn’t eat meat and they accommodated this without any fuss. Would highly recommend this experience to others.

Awesome! The market tour and class were so informative. We not only learned to make traditional recipes, but also what to keep in mind when you try to make them back at home without Spanish produce. I'm now on the hunt for Spanish purple garlic in the United States. We enjoyed 4 dishes and learn...
