Wow...if I could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Granted, most of this was dumb luck, because our group of 5 was the only one that booked at 1 pm on a Friday. I sincerely appreciate the team for not cancelling on us, and instead giving us the private tour of a lifetime. First off, after you park, there is a 20 min drive down a bumpy road to the start of the ziplines which is an adventure in itself. There are 10 ziplines that are a short walk away from each other, and they keep it spicy by throwing in some suspension bridges that are a challenge to cross. On the longer ziplines, they let you flip upside down! The stopping is controlled by someone on the other side, which was initially terrifying. The other zipline I've been on is a hand stop, which wasn't as bad because I felt like I was in control. The second thing, the rock climbing wall and rappelling, was optional but also fun. I have never been rappelling, and the guide was very clear about directions. You can also just do the rappelling part if you feel uncomfortable with the rock climbing wall. Finally, the cenotes! Best part of the trip! We had one cave cenote and one half enclosed cenote with the most clear water all to ourselves. It felt so special. It would still feel special with the full group, as they said the groups are usually 15-20 people. David was very knowledgeable, and actually has a background in ecological studies. The tacos were such a nice way to end the trip, with all our energy expended. It was actually two people's birthdays in our group, and it just so happened to be one of the crew's birthday as well (shout out to Gael)! They were so sweet to share their cake with us. Bring extra money for tip! These guys work so hard and deserve it very much. It's the perfect length if you don't want to commit too much of your day, you'll still have plenty of time to do other things after. The best experience of my life the service was great, the employees where so nice, i loved the tacos after and the best cenotes i have ever seen.

The guides explained it very nicely. Loved the option of adding the ATV to travel, & the photographers took great pictures for us to take home. 10/10

I had already visited multiple cenotes prior to this adventure and the 2 underground cenotes we visited as a group knocked the others out the water. It was beyond beautiful! The guides were super friendly and helpful, one of them even waited near the road with us to catch a bus. The food was delicious and they made sure my mother was comfortable during the ziplining. 11/10the entire thing was amazing - great value - guides were super funny and on point. The cherry on top was to be able to cool off in two cenotes which were two of my favorite that I encountered during my stay.
