Meeting a, guide for the first time is always exiting. Meeting Safiye was nothing else but a real pleasure. She is extremely knowledgeable, takes care of you like a familymember and adapts to your expectations and wishes. We exchanged details of my expectations before I left. Safiye responds and gives feedback almost immediately. She is the one who fixes all your needs regarding your stay. Like local Sim Card, public transport card etc. It's difficult to find the right words to describe Safiye and the services she provided. You have to experience her yourself. She has travelled to many different countries, lived abroad and speaks English fluently. As I was told she is a very popular guide, and I understand why. You need to be early to book her for your stay. How long does it take to find a friend? With someone like Safiye - just one day.Safiye was a total delight. She accommodated our tour to our preferences, was highly informed and entertaining, and, most of all, was authentic and kind. She is also a very nice and friendly gal so spending time with her was also fun 😊 She booked a great Hamam for me the last day I was in Istanbul, which was a really nice gesture and a wonderful experience!Safie was excellent. She kept our family with 2 kids intrigued and educated throughout the tour. She'll take you to the tourist sites but also show you where the locals shop and give you extra guidance for your extra days. Being with her will make you feel like a local. Highly recommended.

Safiye was an amazing guide! We luckily had her guide us on our first 2 days after arriving in Istanbul. I sent her a list of about 10-12 different places we wanted to see and she planned out a wonderful itinerary. We covered everything! She showed us how to get around the city with the metro system, she took us to a couple of local Turkish restaurants and was extremely knowledgeable about the different places we went to see. We were a family of 6 and she was very easy to get along with us all. I highly recommend her to anyone!
