What an amazing trip, highlight of our holiday. Harry and the team were amazing taking us to some beautiful spots to snorkel. They were so knowledgable about the sea life and one guy seemed to have a presence that the fish all came around him when he clicked. So much food provided throughout, with a light snack at the pier, followed by homemade rice/coconut and banana bread at Maya bay, fresh fruit and homemade spring rolls on board and then a delicious lunch back at the pier. For the money it was more than w could have imagined!!

Great service and personal attention ( like everywhere in Phuket) .Beautiful scenery and snorkeling before the masses arrive. Definitely worth the early wake-up.

This trip was amazing, everything we could have asked it to be. We booked on the night before and confirmation came through and instructions for the day were sent within the hour. The whole trip was very well organised. We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the beach club where we were offered refreshments. We boarded the boat which wasn’t overcrowded and the tour guide was lovey ( unsure of his name had glasses and an earring) we got to maya bay before the crowds and spent the perfect amount of time at each location, we never felt rushed. We were well fed on the trip, constantly being offered refreshments along the ride. 100% would recommend definitely worth the money

The trip was very well organised with plenty of food, drinks and fruits. The guide was really motivated and engaged in giving us the best experience. All in all it was an amazing tour! We highly recommend it.

The whole trip was excellent from start to finish. It was an early start 4:45 am pick up from our hotel, but there were breakfast options at the pier. We saw the sunrise as we headed out to sea which on its own was worth getting up so early. Visited Maya Bay before all the crowds and had breakfast on the beach. Saw all the baby sharks which come close to shore as there were few people around, so also great for photos. As we left it was already getting really busy. We then went swimming, visited the monkeys which again we had to ourselves. We then went snorkeling twice and finished the trip with some time on a private island relaxing and swimming on the private beach. When we got back to Simbas Harbour at the Soho beach club we were given a lovely meal and able to swim in the pool. Our guide Noi Noi and his team were superb and looked after us with plenty of drinks, excellent snacks and fresh fruit throughout. I have been on many boat trips around the world and this was the best so far.

These guys are the best. Attentive, organized and caring. Had a great day on the water with them Phi Phi, Maya Bay and many other amazing locations and not to forget the snorkeling. Highly recommended!

Simba excurions provided an excellent morning trip to Phi Phi. I highly recommend the early trip to avoid the crowds. Staff were attentive and food provided throughout the trip was delicious.

If you want to be able to appreciate Maya Bay without loads of people then book this tour. We were the first group from Phuket to arrive there and even then there were still quite a few people there already who had come from Phi Phi Don which is only 10 minutes away by boat. The guides are incredible, we had Noi, Wit and Dang. They were all so so so lovely and constantly enthusiastic about the entire day and made us all laugh and feel so welcome. A few people were nervous about snorkelling in the deep water and Noi kept everyone at ease and everyone ended up giving it a go thanks to his calm and encouraging words. Can’t really fault this tour in anyway. My favourite part was stopping off at Ko Rang Yai, it’s a beautiful island, real tropical vibes. Make sure you buy yourself a coconut, delicious!! Maya Bay is beautiful but it’s definitely a shame to see it so overrun by people desperate for a perfect Instagram photo…even to the point where they were completely ignoring the ranger who was shouting at people to get out of the water. It’s a shame. Such a beautiful part of the world and if this doesn’t put you off then definitely book this tour with Simba!

Great to visit Maya bay without crowds. The Thai breakfast was delicious and we really enjoyed snorkelling. You visit a lot of sites on the tour so you feel like you see a lot!

The people that took us out on the boat were excellent they were always happy to help us nothing was too difficult and they explained everything well

Great fun tour! Everything went smooth, from the reservation process through the safely return of our family of 10 at our hotel in Phuket. Very professional service by Simba Sea Trips. Mo Mo, Ann and Nut really took care of us the entire time. Since we started early, we managed to beat the crowds at Maya Bay which we all agreed was the way to go. The snacks offered throughout the day were ideal and finished with nice lunch at marina upon returning to Phuket. The views and experience of swimming and snorkeling in the Phi Phi islands made our Thailand trip so much memorable. Highly recommend the early sunrise boat tour! You cannot go wrong with Simba 👍

We had a fantastic day to phi phi islands. Nur was our guide with the boat driver and assistant. Despite a very early start we were well looked after, plenty of snacks, fruit and drinks offered a regular intervals. The snorkelling was excellent and was my first time at trying this - loved it. Boat journey was choppy going over but handled well. Simba - you need to make sure ladder into the water is in good condition- one step was broken and fixed with rope! All over great experience & would recommend the small group.

The speedboat gets you to PhiPhi quickly but it kills the charm of a slower, traditional boat. Although it was a nice sunny day, there were waves on our inbound trip and the boat was hitting the sea really hard. So, the ride was uncomfortable and quite unpleasant, some people took boat sickness pills and we felt pretty terrified especially as we were with our toddler. It is definitely not for everyone. Maya beach, although we were there early, was quite crowded. It was not possible to feel any peace and serenity at all. The tourists were crowding up and chasing the small sharks with their cameras, guards were often whistling and the port was a circus, as boats kept piling up. All we can remember about the first swimming session (which came after the beach) is the smell of gasoline in the sea and feeling crowded between the boats and the rocks. The highlight of the tour was the snorkeling, we really did enjoy it. However, the guides often cut the dive short and went to the boat, leaving us in the water, trying to tag along to other diving groups. In general, there was this major problem with the whole tour - we kept feeling rushed and never got proper time to enjoy a particular feature. The last swim on the island was nice. To conclude, very average and quite expensive mass tourism tour that will quickly fade from our memories.

Incredibly well-run and beautiful tour! The boat was comfortable, the crew were friendly and fun, and the views were absolutely stunning! We absolutely loved the breakfast on Maya Beach, that felt pretty magical and by the time we were leaving you could see the crowds were seriously ramping up so the timing was great The best snorkelling we have done, with clear turquoise calm waters and colourful marine life. The lunch buffet back at the beach club was also very delicious and a great way to end the trip.

This was a great tour. My guide Noi Noi and Simba Sea Trips were awesome. The islands were beautiful and snorkeling fun. Highly recommend!

If I could give this trip 10 stars I would. As someone who works in the industry on the other side of the world I know how much work goes into running a successful snorkel/sightseeing tour. This operation was very well managed and our Guide Noi made sure we had a safe good time. I have two small boys and he took special care to see they had a good time. The captain and crew were very professional and courteous. In places like Kho Phi Phi where there is a veritable navy of tour boats and so many people we never felt crowded or rushed and I am very thankful. 10-10 I would recommend especially for folks traveling with children. Not a great trip! The boat ride was so bumpy people were getting sick, very disorganized and crowded! The excursion was very uneventful and a waste of time and money. Do not recommend it at all!
