If you are planning a food tour this is definitely the one to do! Thank you Rosie for showing us around your home town and all the yummy food that we would not have got to experience if not for you. The white rose dumplings, Pork skewers and of course the black sesame soup- such wonderful experience. My only regret is that I did not take some small gifts for the children at the orphanage- If you are planning on doing this tour- the boys love soccer! Please take some little gifts for the children- pencils, paper, balls, books or care items shampoo, soap, toothpaste. Thank you for the unforgettable experience :)Last night we did a food tour, but this one felt extra special, not just because we tried awesome local food at places that we would never have found without the lovely Dung Trần aka Rosie and Kathy but because we got too meet the special people who founded and developed some of these delicio...
Last night we did a food tour, but this one felt extra special, not just because we tried awesome local food at places that we would never have found without the lovely Dung Trần aka Rosie and Kathy but because we got too meet the special people who founded and developed some of these delicious dishes. in the streets and are owhat makes Hoi An so unique. A special mention to the ‘Sweet Black Sesame Soup’, the gorgeous couple that created this are 95 & 105 years old and yes we are in their living room and they are amazing the 105 year old Grandfather still needed to make sure pictures taken were one he liked it was so heart warming to them to let us in their home along with seeing a well right in the middle of the town #HoiAnStreetFoodTrail is the name of the tour I would be lying if I said I wasn’t confronted by our expedition, but I have to say, we had there, found it really hard to leave. What an experience!? It was amazing and I highly recommend it
