What to expect
Our day will start when we pick you up with a 4x4 from your hotel, hostel or Airbnb at 7 am. We need to leave this early so we can avoid the heavy traffic of Lima. We will be heading the road to Punta Hermosa neighborhood which is located south of Lima. It takes 30 minutes to get there. Punta Hermosa is one of the most beautiful areas where to live by the ocean, you will feel the breeze of the ocean heading your face and one of the coolest atmospheres of beach life. Here is where we get all the equipment to do sandboarding and you will get a short briefing about what are you going to do the next 4 hours.
Back on track again you need to be ready because here is where the real FUN starts. Make sure you are using the seatbelt for your own safe and now we ride through sand dunes of different sizes and difficulty levels. It is so much fun going up and down in the middle of nowhere. You will have stunning views and plenty of time for pictures. After this adventure with the 4x4 you will be doing sandboarding first the small and then the large dunes. I will be with you all the time and taking pictures and making videos while you are having your best time in Lima.

You really need good equipment for sandboarding to work well, they provided wax for each run and had a well thought out sequence for learning and building up to the larger size dunes. The guides were very friendly and took great pictures. We did the morning tour and they provided breakfast and a snack for the day which was a nice touch. Highly recommend!These guys are legit. If you're going sandboarding, make sure to do it with a company that specializes in sandboarding like SANDRIDE LIMA because they’ll fit you with proper boots, use actual sandboards, provide wax for the base of the sandboard before each run, have a vehicle to drive you up aft...

If you're going sandboarding, make sure to do it with a company that specializes in sandboarding like SANDRIDE LIMA because they’ll fit you with proper boots, use actual sandboards, provide wax for the base of the sandboard before each run, have a vehicle to drive you up after every run, and bring you to the best sand dunes for this purpose. The fact that you get the chance to experience the dunes in a very private and Adventurous way, there’s not a lot of people around so you can concentrate better. Don’t worry about rolling in The sand a couple of times if you’re a beginner. The staff is very professional, Enrique is the driver who picked us up from our Airbnb and he is a Plane pilot, to Rafo the coolest instructor, he takes the time and dedication to help you doing your best so you can enjoy every ride.
