What to expect
Located on Bali’s northeast coast, Tulamben offers remarkable opportunities for beginner divers. During your trip, you will be able to dive at Bali’s most famous scuba diving site, the USAT Liberty Wreck. This is one of the most accessible wreck dives in the world. We will also dive at the Coral Garden, or alternatively the Drop Off. You’ll be able to spot hundreds of marine species such as turtles, bumphead parrotfish, sweetlips, clownfish, eels, and sharks!
Safety is our #1 priority, so each beginner diver will be accompanied by their own dive master during the entire dive. You will receive a pre-dive training on basic dive techniques and will practice these skills in the shallow water. After diving, we will eat lunch and drive you back to your hotel.
Our team is 100% local, so we are very familiar with the dive sites. We love helping other adventurers discover what’s so special about this place!

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- No previous dive experience required; however participants should have adequate swimming skills
- Must be at least 12 years old to dive
- A minimum of 18 hours before taking flight is required
- Gear/equipment sanitized between use
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required for travelers
- COVID-19 vaccination required for guides
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 15 travelers

We love the dive routine. Went for the liberty ship wreck and drop off. Saw lots of fish, octopus and mantis shrimps. Would highly recommend!!

However, the entire team is so friendly and super professional, they make you feel safe and take all the time to explain all the skills so you can fully feel fully certain of your competences at the end of the certification. My dive master was Kadek who made sure I was comfortable and took enough time to get adjusted to the equipment. My first dive was in coral garden where I was lucky enough to see turtle and star fish. The second dive was at USS Liverty wreck which was amazing. I had a wonderful time watching the ship wreck, beautiful corals and absolutely gorgeous marine life. Free meal and good one free snack free drink even all picture and video were free. The divers instructors where really nice and carrying. We were able to go twice at 12m for the first five so amazing.
