Our guide. Hasma was full of interesting facts about the food, the markets, and their history in Morocco. We tried a lovely sampling of treats and meats, fruits, nuts and savory pastries. Hasma showed us tastes and sounds we wouldn’t have discovered on our own.

Without her expertise, we wouldn't have tried all the amazing food ...
