I was looking for a private driver who could take me and three others around Jaipur for one day, and then the next day drive us to see the Taj Mahal in Agra before getting dropped off in Delhi. A lot of other companies I found had pre-planned itineraries, but when I reached out to Vinot, he was very accommodating of our situation, and we were able to create a custom plan together quickly. Vinot was also flexible about us paying in installments vs all at once. (Just a note, for the upfront payment, he prefers PayPal or a direct transfer.) Our driver (named Ajay, we did not have Vinot) always showed up on time, and was game for any spur of the moment changes we had to the places we wanted to visit throughout the trip. We also hired a tour guide for our one full day in Jaipur, who Vinot was able to set up for us. We're typically not tour guide people, but we were just coming off a multiple-day Indian wedding, so not having to worry about where we were going and how we were going to get there was a welcome convenience. All in all, it was a positive experience. The price wasn't the cheapest (though also not as expensive as some other quotes I got), but Vinot was very prompt with communication over WhatsApp, the trip was very customizable, and we always felt safe and that our belongings were being looked out for with our driver. It was the first time any of us had visited India, so having this service gave us peace of mind, especially during covid times.Discover38736137721
