Hands down, one of the best tours I have ever been on. And I have been on a lot! David was such a joy to have as our guide. Very knowledgeable on all of the temples we saw and the history of Cambodia. He is such an avid story-teller, being able to tell the stories and history behind all of the temples and temple reliefs and answer all of our questions on the history and religion of the area. He was always very prompt, never late, extremely kind, and humble. I take too many pictures, and he accommodated me wonderfully! We took the right amount of time at each temple and location to get great photos, hear all of the wonderful stories, and enjoy to our hearts content. Every sight and story was truly mind-blowing. Mr. Kim, the driver, was also so nice! We had cold water and lemongrass towels after each stop that was such a relief. I feel we started a tour meeting strangers, and left making lifelong friends. It was that personable. I would highly recommend this tour and David and Mr. Kim for your guides!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.Excellent tour service ever came across. Excellent tour service ever came across. Very professional tour guiding service catering to guests' needs, not only for travel purpose, but also personal care. My family joined its Cambodia Angkor 3-day trip to Angkor Wat and other heritage sites from 31 Jan to 2 Feb 2020. E.M.Khemra, the local guide, is definitely knowledgeable and caring, especially when my mother was physically weak to take much walk. He adjusted the trip every day accordingly: more gentle walk, more history sharing in the shade, slower drive past scenic spots for site-seeing and photo-taking. Worth mentioning is his in-depth knowledge to answer many of my questions on history, preservation, and Hinduism and Buddhism. Would definitely suggest anyone having a curiosity to know more about this ancient civilization this travel agency and this tour guide. In fact, as referred by two of my friends, once again my family ended up appreciating the support this travel agency provided. The 3-day private tour program was excellently arranged. The 3-day private tour program was excellently arranged. Each ancient site we visited was unique with its own story and design and worth the time. On Day 2, considering the dry season, we chose to visit Beng Mealea Temple - an unrestored ruin in a forest instead of low water level Lake Tonle Sap. The travel agency was very accommodating and agreed to do so. This turned out to be a most pleasant surprise visit. Swimming under the waterfall was also an once in a lifetime experience. Best commend to our guide David. He is absolutely knowledgeable, very accommodating, and personable. He always allowed ample time for each site, yet with timing considered so that we would not over-suffer under the hot humid sun. He is patient with explanations on the stories behind the buildings, and even the endless wall carvings. He also brought his own Cannon camera to take photos for us. He is a blessing of our tour. The friendly driver Mr. Kim was also very considerate. Not only a safe driver, he provided bottled water and cool wet towels always timely.A colleague recommended Mr. Raksa and Asean Angkor for our first trip to Siem Reap, and we couldn’t be more happy that we followed their advice. A colleague recommended Mr. Raksa and Asean Angkor for our first trip to Siem Reap, and we couldn’t be more happy that we followed their advice. Setting up the tour with Mr. Raksa was easy and straightforward. Driver Mr. Chetra and guide Mr. Sunny were both extremely professional and warm as they introduced us to the region corresponding to the ancient Khmer (Angkor) empire. Due to time constraints, we actually ended up squeezing most of the 3 day tour into 2 days. We managed to visit Kulen Mountain, a floating village on the Tonle Sap lake, and most of the major temples in the Angkor complex (including sunrise at Angkor Wat and sunset at Phnom Bakheng). I’m glad we saw as much as we did in the time that we had, but I also think it would be worth it to opt for the longer tours if your schedule allows for that. To summarize: don’t hesitate to book with this great local company!
