I took my daughter on this tour and we had Carmine as the guide. He was hands down the best tour guide they have! We laughed and laughed and learned and had such a great time!! Highly recommend him and Safari Tours

The best part of our Sedona visit was the jeep ride with Joe. It was fun, informative and one of a kind. Joe was very knowledgeable and his sense of humor had us laughing the entire ride. Highly recommend it.

Visited Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon and Sedona and you can argue which is most magnificent but when it comes to guided tours without question JC was the most knowledgeable, interesting and professional. I would tell anyone visiting Sedona that you cannot miss this experience with JC!

Joe was our tour guide and driver, he was fantastic, highly recommend! He is extremely knowledgeable and delivers the facts of the area and includes his personal experiences as well, very engaging with the passengers. The tour was off roading with lots of fun bumps and excitement. And views that are unrivaled. A fantastic way to experience the beautiful grandeur of Sedona.

Easy booking. The outlaw excursion was closed so they switched us to the rim tour: Cowboy Bob was amazing as a guide. 4th generation Arizonan. Informative and so accommodating. He makes an effort to take his time and make it worth your while. Much more pleasant than the other main jeep tours as they seem to be concerned with getting their numbers than making it worth your while. We had 2 kids: 4 and 6, car seats required. Go do it!

With the weather, many of the trails had been closed down, but our driver CK made for a great experience with the family! We even got to do a little off-roading in a hailstorm! Would highly recommend!

Our Guide, Mr Cowboy Bob brought the landscape alive with rich history lessons about the land, inhabitants, plants and red rocks. Having spent his childhood into adulthood in this area, Mr. Bob had much knowledge and personal insight to gift. Our 3-hr tour became 4 hours and I will always be grateful to have been guided by Mr. Bob while sharing the entire experience with my Son, Zac. It was Indeed a Grand Birthday for me!

Joe was an awesome guide stopping at various locations along the trial for pics and sharing of information regarding the geography. Even experienced a vortex using two copper rods. Total blast with an expert off-road driver/guide!!

This review is about the Outlaw Trail Jeep Tour Company. We had booked a trip and paid for it. We never received confirmation and then booked a different one. On the day of our scheduled trip, we received a phone call. I told them I never received a confirmation and booked a different one. We were charged the full price and when I tried to contact them, I received no response. We had our Credit Card Company dispute it and lost. During the dispute, this company sent threatening emails to me threatening to ruin our credit if we did not stop the dispute. I am outraged and alarmed that a company in a town as nice as Sedona would do this. Needless to say we had to pay and I will continue to fight it.

The weather wasn’t great so that may have also impacted our enjoyment, but we thought the Outlaw tour was not very interesting. The most interesting commentary was in the first 25 minutes when the guide was providing information about Sedona, but once we got to the trail, it was just bumpy and not very interesting or exciting. We didn’t originally sign up for the Outlaw tour but due to weather we had to change, so maybe other tours would have been more to our liking.

The views were amazing. Our driver was amazing. We loved the ride. But what stuck me as strange was how insistent they were on gratuity during check-in. Their office had multiple signs of "gratuity" and the check-in host made sure everyone was reminded of it. They said "That's how our drivers make money". This was strange because we paid some ~$700 for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We did pay a $100 gratuity for a amazing, but felt like our cost of the trip should have covered the amazing experience. I haven't seen the gratuity pressure to be this high in any other adventures I have been part of. My recommendation would be to add the cost during checkout - and not leave it to discovery during checking. And for something they claim to be 'customary', it's strange they need to remind everyone.

What an amazing experience. Highly recommend the 3 hour Outlaw Trail 3 hour tour.Our guide Lee was so knowledgeable and friendly and a very experienced guide and driver. Spectacular views and a bonus when we experienced a flash downpour and viewed instant waterfalls coming off the rocks. Cautionary note that there are bumps along the way. Book this tour, you won’t be disappointed.
