Meeting point
If you are staying at a condo around los Corales, you can select Playa Turquesa and your meeting point will be at BAM Market. We pick up from most hotels and accommodations around Bavaro, Punta Cana, Macao and Uvero Alto area, if you cannot find it on the list, we might arrange a meeting point with you.

- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Age minimum is 6 years old.
- Children from 6 to 8 will only participate on the first 8 cables.
- Pregnant women cannot take part in this tour.
- The minimum weight to participate in this tour is 20 Kilograms (44 lbs.).
- The maximum weight to participate in this tour is 127 Kilograms (280 lbs.).
- The maximum waist size to participate in this tour is 112 centimeters (44 in.).
- People with a cold or infections of the upper airways cannot participate in this tour.
- People with severe peanut allergies cannot participate in this tour
- Do not use sunscreen or bug repellent as they are harmful to monkeys.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund

Ruddy was the best tour guide I’ve ever had in my life, dude went above and beyond in every aspect. The zip lining seemed like it was a very fast pace but still a great time. Monkeyland was a great time, they try and get you to buy their photos but also encourage you to use your phone the whole time to take your own pictures. Our original driver Jose was 45 minutes late and was kinda all over the place on the road, but then we switched buses and Francisco became our driver and we felt in much better hands. It was kind of a long day, and we had some extra time to kill at the end so Ruddy took us over and showed us a few more extra things and explained all of the history behind everything on the tour. 10/10 once we switched drivers.It was an incredible day with Gadel and Cesar. Especially the monkey experience was way netter than expected! We can recommend it for everybody!

They gave a lot of information on this tour and our tour guide Angel educated us tremendously about the island. We got great views with zip lining and ended the day with some monkeys!! 10/10 recommend… our driver Billy was awesome too!
