Another Wide Eyed Tours- arranged excursion. A group of delightful young ladies on scooters who took about a dozen of us from various accommodation, on a foodie ‘night out’. We sampled four different dishes starting with quail egg dish and pancakes, then BBQ, followed by crab noodle hot pot, spring rolls (including a make-your-own lesson), and finished with frozen yoghurt with all sorts of interesting toppings. The tour started in rush hour – utter chaos, but not once did I feel concerned, as Quyen my driver was confident and just wanted to chat as we scooted along. The tour lasted four hours but it never seemed that long. Our two lovely young drivers Ai and Quyen were top class guides, explaining all the dishes and ensuring we were happy with everything. Highly recommended.

This was definitely one of our highlights of our Vietnam trip. Certainly exhilarating on the back of the bikes! All the staff were really friendly and enthusiastic and the food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Great way to see and experience Vietnam , went through different districts and different restaurants all on the back of a bike . Felt extremely safe and the guides were friendly with great English and sense of humour. We had phung,NhungThamand Thao. Great experience

Charming evening being driven around Ho Chi Minh City to experience local food and traffic. As most of the other reviews say on here it is a 'Must do when here' and they are not wrong! All the guides and support team were outstanding, An easy 5 star rating.

This was the best tour we have done in Vietnam. It was fantastically well organised. The young women who drove us through the city were wonderful. They were fun and engaging throughout the whole experience. We sampled some amazing foods at 5 different cafes in various locations throughout the city. They told us about Vietnamese food and culture and even attempted to get us to speak some simple phrases. The whole thing was unforgettable and we would recommend it to anyone. A huge thank you to our drivers P. Anh, Lan, Vy and Truc.

My sister and I had the best time. Fun, engaging and informative.We had great conversations both over the different courses and on the bikes. Trinh and Linh are exceptional young women and it was a privilege and a pleasure to spend the evening together and meet other people on holiday as well. This company has an all female rider cohort and they are a very professional unit. Highly recommend.

Super fun experience to get around Ho Chi Minh. The guides also gave a ton of guidance and insight into the various areas and were super knowledgeable and fun. Took a bunch of different stops and they took photos for me too as I was traveling alone. Would definitely recommend!

We always take our visiting friends on this tour, as it is a great immersive experience into Saigon. You get to see at lot of areas and taste some great food. The staff are always fantastic - warm, friendly, knowledgeable and great at keeping the conversation going with everyone. We had Minh and Uyen on this trip and they were both fun, energetic and great drivers!

Would absolutely recommend this tour. Riding on the back of the scooter was really fun and going out to districts that were not traditionally tourist attractions was great. Our guides Oanh and Linh 3 were knowledgeable but most importantly were so friendly. It was like being out for dinner with good friends🙂 And the food was delicious!

An absolutely fabulous night on the back of the bikes with Linh 3 and Vy. We left during rush hour, what an experience but we felt safe from the moment we 'climbed' on. We drove through districts we would never have gone through and had delicious food served in 5 restaurants right off the tourist trail. The girls were so much fun to be with, professional and interesting and the service in all the restaurants was excellent. We had rice 'pizzas', bbq, pork, chicken and veg rolls, crab/ noodle soup and frozen yoghurt...all accompanied by beer or soft drinks, I couldn't have eaten another thing! If you want a trip on the back of a bike choose these guys, worth every penny.

this was amazing in every way!! the food was sooo good and getting to ride the motorbike was a unique experience. definitely recommend if you love trying new foods, and honestly even if you don’t, the tour guides will still make the experience unforgettable. there is so much more to this tour than just the food. our guides oanh, minh, and phuong were so warm and friendly and had so many stories to tell! we learned so much about vietnam’s culture and shared so many laughs. i recommend going towards the beginning of your trip so you have time to try out all the places they recommend. and pro tip, show up hungry and pace yourself!! there’s soo much good food, you don’t wanna miss out 😋

I had an amazing time with the 'Back of the Bike' team! Cat was my driver & she took good care of me! Nothing was too much trouble & we tried a wide variety of food which I thoroughly enjoyed! Riding around the streets of Hanoi is not something that you'll forget in a hurry!

The girls, Lan, Anh, Linh 3 and Minh who took us on this tour were so friendly and knowledgeable explaining everything about the food we were eating and the different areas along the way. The traffic was so heavy at the time of departure for our tour, the girls all navigated this with confidence and we felt very safe on the back of the bike. The food was excellent, we stopped at 5 different restaurants. Definitely recommend this tour.

We had an amazing time on the Taste of Vietnam Night Food Tour. Our two guides were excellent and taught us a lot about Saigon, life in Vietnam and the local food whilst whisking us around the city on motorbikes. The 5 food stops were all incredible and we were definitely full afterwards! I did a food tour with Back of the Bike Tours 10 years ago which I loved and our recent tour was equally excellent. One of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam!

Wow what a great private tour. Picked up at 6.00pm got back at 10.00pm. Taken by bike all over Saigon , tasting excellent street food at five different locations. Exciting being on a bike . The two ladies driving our bikes were amazing , not only at driving but also at guiding around the city. We went off the beaten track and explored alleyways / highways / bridges/ which as a tourist you would never find. There is also a support person accompanying the tour to take pics. Our team were great to be with, good banter and sense of humour , really good English. This is just a top top thing to do . Great work by our bike ladies Ling , Phuong and photographer Hung.
