Absolutely amazing! I never thought whale watching would be so fun honestly. It was a wonderful boat ride with a small group of 12 people. I can’t remember our guide’s name (Venu??) but she was FANTASTIC. Marine biologist with so many fun facts for us and the pictures she took were super pro! Super afforable photo package with a ton of photos of the whales, dolphins, pelicans, and sea lions that we saw. Also we got photos of and with El Archo. She all was able to airdrop all of the photos straight to my iphone! Our boat captain was great. 10/10 would do again!

Marine biologist guide was outstanding and very knowledgeable. Our kids were hanging on every word she said. Our boat Capt knew just where to go to ensure we saw whales and spent extra time making sure we had the most amazing experience! The small group experience was perfect for us. We loved the safety precautions with mandatory life vests having younger children onboard too. High, high recommend.

The tour was amazing! We were a little bit worried that we won’t see whales braces it was the last days of the season, but our guide and boat captain were so professional and were so insuring and we found whales very quickly! Angelika knows so much about whales and it was an amazing time seeing them so close and hearing intrasting facts about their life and journey in Baja California! I will definitely recommend and come back!

We had an amazing tour with Cabo Trek. Very well organized. As it was April we did not necessarily expect to see many whales. However, we really lucked out seeing several whales with their young. It was a highlight of our vacation. Would highly recommend this tour.

Such an amazing comapny! Being able to look for whales with a marine bioligist was super cool, I could tell how much she truely cared and loved the whales, very ethical. We learned so many cool facts, and saw not one, but two moms with their babies, as we traveled way out away from all the chaos of the other whale boats. I would definitely reccomend Cabo trek over all the other companies we ran across on the marina!

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We have done Whale Watching in the past in other places but have NEVER seen anything like we experienced on this excursion. Multiple humpback whales ranging from very young to huge older males. The males were "putting on a show" for a female and it was incredible. Over and over they breached, rolled, swam on their backs waving their fins in the air, etc. Absolutely the best whale watching ever an VASTLY better than we had ever expected.

We have done Whale Watching in the past but NEVER seen anything like we saw on this trip. Fantastic! Multiple Humbpack Whales ranging from extremely young to HUGE males "putting on a show" for a female. WOW!

Highly recommend this wonderful whale watching trip. Our guide Vanu was a real marine biologist (I was originally skeptical but she really was) and she was so incredibly knowledgeable about whales. Her stories about tracking whales migration from Russia, Hawaii and other places to Cabo were wonderful. She even could predict when the whales might breach. We got up and close to a few families of whales, our captain Freddy must communicate sightings with other tour boats. Also I never felt sold - it was all about enjoying our whale watch. Also got up and close to the arch as a part of this tour. So pleased with them, pick this one

Amazing whales!!! This whale trip was the absolute best! Our guide and photographer was amazing and the entire experience was absolutely memorable.

Overall, we had a very successful whale watching tour! We saw a cow, calf pair with a very active calf! We also saw a few adults further back. If you are considering going whale watching during the season- do it. Know that this area is bit different from others if you’ve been whale watching before. There is less regulation for interaction with the whales. Also, there is more of a focus on making money than nature. However, we had a very knowledgable team of guide and captain. They were able to share a lot about the whales!

Our Captain and Marine Biologist were a great team. They know how to give their guests a wonderful tour finding and explaining about the sea life around us. We saw lots of whales! Getting the picture package was of great value. The marine biologist took the best shots. Better to be a passenger watching the whales and sea activity than focusing on getting a shot! Loved the experience

This was a great tour! We were on a small boat with a very knowledgeable guide and captain. We saw several groups of whales, and the manner in which they respected the space for the whales was greatly appreciated. We went early before the boat traffic really got busy. Highly recommend!

Angelica and Freddy were excellent. He was great at spotting, she gave us excellent info about the whales. Even though it is near the end of the season, we were lucky to follow a group of 5 humpbacks. Cabo Trek is well organized, has good boats and is great at communication. Highly recommend.

It was great to be on a small boat (12-13 passengers) with a marine biologist on board. She answered all questions and the captain kept the boat up with the whales. I was not hoping for a lot since we were within one week of the end of whale season. We saw a mother and child, then a mother, child and 2 males. Each group very, very active. More so than on any other time we have been on whale watching, other than bubble feeding. We have been to Alaska and Hawaii several times and have seen these majestic whales. These whales put on a show! Breaching, spraying thru their blow hole, laying on their back and waving their fins as if swimming the back stroke and tail flapping the water. What was really cute is the baby flapping its little tail! While whale sightings can’t be guaranteed, we let the virgin viewers know that finding a whale within 10 min is rare. But for staff knowledge and care, yes I would recommend Cabo Whale watching!

Highly recommend! Female educator was great! Captain took us out safely. Appreciated their rules for safety. Cruise line out of tickets so found Cabo Trek thru Viator! Worked out perfectly. They carry only 10-12 people, easy to see all around. The gal was a great whale spotter! Thank you for so much fun!

Very good guide and captain. A good boat that could move quickly when whales were spotted and very interesting commentary. Thoroughly enjoyed it

We had an amazing afternoon whale watching with CaboTrek! We saw multiple pods of humpback whales, playful babies and mothers who breeched many times and splashed their tails. Our marine biologist guide Angelica and captain Adrian were kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, they talked us through everything we saw and happily answered all of our questions. We laughed, we basked in the awe, we enjoyed the sea breeze. The experience was wonderful. We’d do it again in a heartbeat. We took the 11am boat.

The experience was the best! Small group (11) great guide and driver. Plus we were so close to two separate groups of whales that we could almost touch them! Best ever!

The tour was very well organized! Our guide was very knowledgeable and nice! We loved our tour. We were able to see a few whales even though it was towards the end of the whale season and were so happy!
