One of the best cooking classes I have taken!! Great chefs, easy instruction, wonderful food!! Pasta seemed so intimidating but with their instruction I realized it is really fairly easy. I can't wait to make my own when I return home!

We had the best time with Manuela and Alessandro. They were fun and informative. I would recommend this class to anyone. And our food was excellent! Can’t wait to get home and make it for the family!

The ladies - Jamila & Chiara, who put the class on, were both so engaging, fun and full of great stories. We had so much fun and lots of laughs. We made our own pasta and sauce. Sat down to lunch with wine and ate our creation. Thanks for an excellent experience!!!!

This class was so much fun. Both teachers were fabulous. I will never eat boxed pasta again. Taking the knowledge I learned in their kitchen home to my kitchen.

Really enjoyable afternoon with Chiara and Alessandro learning how to make pasta. The class was fun and has definitely inspired me to try making my own pasta at home. Highly recommended!

amazing and so fun! Even my 4 year old enjoyed making the pasta and was engaged the entire class! It was also one of the best meals we had in Italy. I highly recommend.

This was a really enjoyable experience, led by two experienced and enthusiastic guides. They took us through every step of pasta making and were really hands on with advice and support. The food provided was generous portions, as was the prosecco and wine. They even provided PDFs with instructions and suggestions for places to eat in Rome and around Italy. I enjoyed it so much, I ended up buying a pasta maker when I got home. Definitely recommend!

This was everyone’s favorite part of our Rome trip! We had so much fun learning from and hanging out with our chefs. We all learned something we could do back home and loved the environment and location. Francesca and Andrea were the most down to earth people. The food we made was delicious. Definitely a must do activity!

The chefs were very fun and engaging. It was a fun shared experience with a group. Though it was a group of strangers everyone got along and had fun. We got to make 2 kinds of pasta and just learn so much. Not just about the pasta and the sauce but Italian cuisine as well. Well worth it and would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience

We both thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class! Great to learn how to make two types of pasta, learn the processes of cooking and importantly eating it! Looking forward to trying it at home.

One of the top activities we did on our trip. Fernanda was our chef - she was very knowledgeable - not just about the recipe's and ingredients - but about things like what food means to Italians, how regional the food can be, etc, funny and down to earth. We made linguini and ravioli from scratch, the sauce - also from scratch - and strawberry gelato. Recommended the class to some people staying at our hotel in Rome - they signed up and loved it as well. The class culminated in one fine meal (courtesy of the newly anointed sous chefs in the class) and a flow of excellent wine.

An amazing experience! Asia and Manuela were absolutely fantastic teachers and we couldn’t recommend this more. Can’t wait to put this into practice when we get home

Both Elise and Chiara made the class feel very comfortable. They took their time to explain the process and show us how to apply the correct techniques to pasta making. I would highly recommend this class.
