What to expect
I will pick you up from Lisbon city center (pick up spot) and bring you to one of the most beautiful beach around the city, Praia do Castelo (Costa da Caparica).
You will get a wetsuit and a surfboard, and we will get suited up for the activity.
From beginners to advanced, one day or intensive surf courses. I will help you all the way, showing and explaining everything you need to know. Learn surf techniques, beach analysis, safety procedures, and enjoy a clean energy activity, immersed in the ocean.
We will start with the warm up, and then go straight to theory on the sand, but it won't be long until you hit the water. I will not give a speech on the sand, just short and quick tips. We have a ratio of 1 instructor for 5 students maximum.
If you are experienced in surfing, please let me know.
We will surf around 2h, depending on the conditions and your stamina.
There will be a photographer with us in the water, to catch the best momento of your surf experience.
Afterwards we will drive back to the city, and finish where we started.

I wholeheartedly recommend doing it. You can see how much the instructors and staff love their job, the atmosphere is amazing and immediately puts you at ease. When we were riding even the other instructors and photographers were cheering us on!! Leo was an amazing instructor, available and patient and made sure we had fun throughout the whole experience. He was clear in his explanation and all his tips made us ride plenty of waves (unexpectedly since we were absolute beginners). The transfer service from Lisbon makes it all even better. PS: adequate for every age, my dad is 60 and even he learnt thanks to them!! They were really amazing teachers.It was a great experience! Super easy pick up and drop off from Lisbon. I went by myself and made friends and definitely am happy I got to do this! Pro tip, pack a towel, some water, extra set of clothes and sunscreen :)

As a beginner, they set you up with all equipment needed; including wetsuit. The instructors are friendly, patient & fun. Convenient pick up & drop provided if you’re staying in downtown Lisbon.
