Such a great class! Instructors shared such great information and I can’t even believe how much food we made (and ate!). Everything was delicious. Such a great experience if you have the time to do and love Thai food!

From arrival to departure I felt like I was in a private kitchen, very intimate and personal. Our chef spoke great English and was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The format of the class was perfect for the way we prepared our meals. It was a LOT of food and fantastic recipes. I know there are a lot of other classes available, but this one really excelled at teaching about soups, base sauces, and spices. Highly recommend!

Really excellent class. Jasmine was so informative and her delivery was spirited and comical. We made 10 dishes together and they were all delicious. The kitchen is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here. Excellent evening.

What an experience! For our last day of travelling Asia we were so blessed to have been able to experience a full day with Thai Akha Cooking school. Our teacher spoke great English, demonstrated enthusiasm and passion and had a great sense of humour. The stations were well set up, and at first my 9 yeqr olddaughter hated the idea of attending (we had done a few cooking classes by then with her and she had enough) however as soon as she got into it, she said she had much more fun than she expected. 10 stars in our eyes. We will definitely be back!!!

We absolutely loved our cooking class. It really was so much fun and organised extremely well. We did the evening class and there was so much food to eat. Some of the best food so far during our trip. I would 100% recommend this company

The teacher was so funny and patient, we had a lot of fun and a whole lot of food!!! Would recommend 100% Also we received a cook book with all the recipes and a tiny kit of dry spices to make curry at home👍🏼

My 15 year old and I had a great experience and learned a lot at this cooking school. We learned how to make curry paste, soup, curry and papaya salad among many other dishes as well as Akha salads and soups and snacks. We learned about the Akha people and the names and preparation methods of all the ingredients. Most of the food was prepared by participants and a few dishes were demonstration. We did the morning class so a walk through the markets was fun, too. We chose this school randomly on Viator as we wanted to do a cooking course. There are many cooking schools in Chiang Mai so I can’t compare but I can say that this one was professionally run by knowledgeable and friendly people and we had a wonderful day- so thank you Jasmine and team. Highly recommend.

Such a good experience! The teachers are great and so friendly! We learnt loads about both Thai food and the Akha tribe! So much food too!

Food was amazing. The instructors were clear and funny. You got to adjust your dish for how spicy/salty/sour you want it. And such a good variety!

I highly recommend this cooking class!! It is incredibly hands on and you get to try so many dishes that tasted amazing. You truly get the Thai experience! And special shoutout to Ming who did an amazing job!!
