We had an amazing visit to the Bodega Doña Felisa - all the way from booking, to the welcome and the tour and top quality wines, the experience was great. I'd highly recommend visiting (and leaving with quite a few bottles!).

What a fabulous way to experience and understand wines from the region. Gemma was a perfect host. It was very informative and just the right amount of time. Beautiful setting. You get the full tour of the winery and finish with the wine tasting. As a couple, we got to taste 6 wines (3 glasses each) and mixed in with some fabulous tapas. This is a perfect add-on to a visit to Ronda. Worth visiting the Roman ruins near their vines. Also don’t forget to buy some wine and they even arranged shipping if you need it. Brilliant morning.Amazing experience. Contact to book the appointment was very pleasant, they where very helpful. The way of contacting bodega Doña Felisa was very pleasant. We called one day prior to when we did the wine tasting tour to ask for the possibilities and times. Then we had direct contact via Whatsapp with which they were very helpfull (offering to help booking a taxi, asking for any allergies: it was no problem that we dont eat meat, and got fish and vegetarian tapas to match the wines instead). The tour and location itself were wonderful. There was a lot of knowledge, and you were taken through the process of winemaking from grape to bottle in English and Spanish. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions. During the wine tasting we got fantastic multiple tapas to match the four wines that we tried. All in all, great experience, ambiance and hospitality.I have just come back from a thoroughly enjoyable 3 hour vineyard tour and wine tasting experience with Gemma from Dona Felisa. I have just come back from a thoroughly enjoyable 3 hour vineyard tour and wine tasting experience with Gemma from Dona Felisa. Gemma spoke good English and was helpful in answering all questions. Previously I had done two other wine tours one in Tuscany and the other in South Africa and I would most definitely say I learned more about the wine production process with Gemma than I had on the other two tours. You can literally see the process through from “grape to bottle” as they have a full production facility on site along with temperature controlled wine cellars. The Chinchilla wines (3 Red, 1 Rose and 1 White) we sampled were all fantastic and surprisingly it was the White Chardonnay that I personally enjoyed the most. The food that accompanied the wine was equally as good especially the local “acorn” fed pork and organic lamb along with a large assortments of vegetables and tapas - make sure you go hungry. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area.
