Stop At: Kruja Castle, Near Tirana, Kruje 1501 Albania
We start our journey from Tirana, directly to the city of Kruja.
Set off on a guided tour of Dollma Bektashi Tekke, the surroundings and the Castle itself and the Skanderbeg Museum.
You will have free time to wander around the Old Bazaar, with beautiful cobblestone alleys and lovely old architecture.
Duration: 2 hours
Stop At: Old Bazaar (Pazari i Vjeter), Rruga Albanopolis, Kruje 1501 Albania
Head for lunch in a local restaurant with a tremendous view of the city and valley of Kruja.
Duration: 1 hour
Stop At: Durres Amphitheatre, Rruga Kalase, Durres Albania
After lunch, we travel to Durrës for our last “digestive” stop.
Set off on a guided tour of the City Walls, Byzantine Forum, Roman Thermal Baths, the Venetian Tower and the Amphitheater and enjoy the city’s street art around the ancient ruins.
Get back to Tirana in the late afternoon.

Rando was prompt, attentive and gave us lots of explanations and answered our questions. He went out of his way to ensure we got to see the sights we really wanted. He even remembered the food we liked from our first meal and ordered more the second day! We feel like we got to see and understand a lot of Albania in our short visit thanks to him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Good Albania!I'm not exaggerating when I say my trip wouldn't have been so amazing without meeting my guide Migert. He was knowledgeable, polite, fun, just fantastic in every way. And our meal of traditional Albanian food, I will remember for a long time. Delicious.

We took the Kruja, Patok Lagoon & Durres day tour from Tirana with Good Albania. We had considered trying to visit Kruja by public transport but we are very glad that we decided to take the tour as we got to see and learn much more than we would have been able to by ourselves. Our guide was Andi; he had great knowledge of the places we visited as well as of Albania's history, culture and current affairs. He kept the tour at a pace that was just right for us and made sure we had a great day. It was thoroughly enjoyable and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albania.
