Perfect desert safari! Everything was just amazing from the prompt collection in a luxury air conditioned car by our guide Samy to the delicious and abundant food served to us in the camp. We couldn’t fault it! Special shout out to our camel guide Shakhil who was brilliant! He gave us over an hour on our camels (we had a camel each) and took loads of photos for us on our phones. He was so accommodating and funny. A real pleasure to spend time with. If you’re looking for an authentic desert experience this is the tour for you. You’ll pay a bit more than the average desert safari but in our option it was worth every penny!

I just wanted to send a note and say "thank you!" for the amazing experience on March 27th. I decided on your tour after extensive research wanting an experience that was eco-friendly and treated its animals ethically. We could not have been more pleased with everything. Our desert safari on camelback was incredible -- so beautiful and peaceful. It was truly the highlight of our family's trip to Dubai for me. Thank you for being so contentious about your animals' care and about preserving the desert landscape!

The camel ride, which lasted about 55 minutes, was fantastic. They space different groups far from one another so it seems like we are alone with just our set of camels and our camel guide. Our camel guide also took lots of pictures for us with our phones, which was great. The dinner was also very unique and good. We took off one star because our driver, who brought us to camp, was not taking us back. We got re-assigned to a larger group for the ride back. Unfortunately for us, some members of the larger group decided they wanted to stay as late as possible which meant we had to wait quite a while to leave and were among one of the last groups to leave the camp. They should have asked us whether we wanted to stay late or leave earlier and tried to accommodate an earlier departure for us with an earlier group. This was a sour ending that would have been easily avoided with better planning on their part.

Our private transfer driver Sultan was great and very informative. My wife and I have been before with this company but brought our young boys this time, who had a blast one the Camels. Brilliant Camel experience, Falcon show and banquet !! Thanks again Platinum Heritage - you get what you pay for !!!!

Fab afternoon/evening. Thanks to our driver/guide Jevon (from Uganda) who was very knowledgeable and just a lovely person. Loved the camel ride and we were lucky to have a clear night for star gazing!

The whole trip was just memorable. So well organised from being collected from the hotel by Jay from Platinum Heritage who was so informative about different things on the journey there and whilst we were there. The food was incredible and a beautiful sunset just put the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend. A very professionally organised day which was so much fun, especially the camel ride.

Everyone that I met at this safari agreed it was wonderful and we were all smiling at the end. I got the feeling the staff really wanted you to have a good time and learn about the country. The guide I had was great and open to answering the questions we had about Dubai and what it's like living there. There weren't people always trying to sell you things like some of the other safari companies I heard do. It's definitely more costly than the other safari companies I checked but in Dubai you get what you pay for. Also you can tell they paid attention to every detail. From the spotless SUV they picked me up in from my hotel, to the perfectly arranged seating areas found in the Bedouin camp and the Falcon show. I chose to do the camel ride and it was surprisingly more fun that I thought it would be. I would definitely do a safari with this company again and recommend it to friends.

One of the highlights of our 10 dates spent in Dubai! Totally recommend the 45 minute camel ride & the falcon demonstration was great as was the food which was plentiful! Some people chose to stay overnight which I’m sure was a nice experience. Would recommend this outfit!

From pick up at the hotel all the way back to drop off was amazing. Prepare yourself for amazing food, beautiful sights and truly amazing staff to make the experience memorable. Ronel is an absolute gem of a guide and his knowledge and humor far surpasses a google search.

At the very start of our experience, our guide named Jay picked us up from our hotel and gave us a briefing of what we'll be doing as part of our experience. Jay drove us to the Desert from our hotel which was 1hr away. Throughout the journey Jay was very knowledgeable about Dubai and the local area, and answered any questions we had. When we arrived at the Desert, we were equipped with traditional headdress, and shown to our lovely Camels. We rode the Camels for just over an hour, admiring the beautiful landscapes and wildlife. At the end of the ride, we were treated to a fascinating Falcon show, who showed off it's incredible flying speed. After that, we were transported to a Camp where we were greeted with a cup of coffee, and shown to our tables where we would be eating. The Camp was beautiful, with traditional pitched tents, lots of decorative rugs in the middle for us to sit on and a fireplace. We were served a massive, delicious meal in the evening, followed by entertainment, a star-gazing activity and music. At the end of the experience, Jay drove us back to our Hotel. To say this was an unforgettable experience would be an understatement, all of the staff were very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone visiting Dubai.

Once in a lifetime experience! Everything was perfect, our guide John was so knowledgeable and funny - they thought of everything during the tour/dinner experience and created a truly unforgettable evening that we’ll never forget.

Ravi our tour gide was very professional, friendly, hospitable, competent and funny! We had a great time, rode camels through the desert in a caravan, saw a falcon show, and had a really amazing 4 course dinner in the bedouin camp, followed by astronomy demonstration! Absolutely worth a visit, 10/10 would go again!

The golden sands were extremely amazing! The desert safari was peaceful! Big thanks to Platinum Heritage it was a very nice experience.
