The places to eat and drink that only a person with in-depth, well researched knowledge can share. Alan & Wendy, Beverley, East Riding of YorkshireRob was a great guide, American with 12 years of living in Amsterdam so it was an outsiders view of the Dutch alongside a very informative intro to the history of the city. Coffee pitstop was well timed, just as we started to feel the cold. Highly recommend!

Mark is a great guide. He’s friendly and informative and easy to spend time with. The tour is nicely paced with enough time to get the information you need, take photos and ask questions. You don’t feel rushed and you don’t feel like you’re standing around in one spot for too long being given a boring history lesson. Mark gives you interesting information and shows you the right number of sights and has great photo ops. If you can try to book this tour directly rather than through a third party broker site. That way the people who do the work (eg take the tour) benefit more.
