Rose is awesome and so knowledgeable. She seems like she knows everyone in town. History went from 1733 to present day. Lots of good stories. Fun tour!

We were delighted with our tour of Savannah with Crystal as our guide. Our dear friends treated us to the experience and we could not have enjoyed it more. With a veritable encyclopedia of amazing knowledge and remarkable wit, Crystal (a fourth generation Savannah native) regaled us with stories and interesting facts about this historic treasure of a city. We All enjoyed this tour very much. Just the right amount of time and enough humor to create a pleasant experience. A lot of interesting facts and information were shared, funny stories, which all truly wetted our appetite for more information about Savannah history. Background noise (out of the guide’s control) was a significant factor in being able to hear our guide; adding to that, our guide did not project strongly enough for all to hear, which was disappointing. We wanted to hear her excellent oratory. Everyone wanted to give the 5 star rating, but giving the difficulty in hearing, all agreed to a 4 star rating.

Very informative and patient guide. She knew the history of Savannah well. 2 hours was an appropriate amount of time getting acquainted with the city and then exploring on our own the rest of the day.

Our guide was great…the presentation of the history was well presented as we walked through the squares that are connected by Bull Street from almost City hall south to Forsyth Park.

If you love history, this comprehensive historical walking tour fits the bill! We covered a lot of ground, both literally and figuratively. Our guide, Crystal, a fourth generation Savannahian, was personable, organized, detailed, knowledgeable, and passionate about her subject matter. The only thing that kept the tour from being perfect is that she had a softer voice and it was hard to hear her at times. It would have been better if she was mic’d. Overall, it was a great learning experience and certainly recommend.

Rose did a great job telling us about the history and at a nice pace. She was easy to hear, knowledgeable and pleasant. Highly recommend. Better than the trolley tour we later took. Similar info with both.

I thoroughly enjoyed this tour. I’m a history buff and I enjoyed learning about the early history of Savannah and the many people who made it what it is today. We didn’t enter any buildings, but our guide, Crystal, told us the history of each building we stopped at. Crystal was entertaining and kept a good pace.

Learning about the founder of Savannah, General Oglethorpe. A man of who did not see himself above others. He led by example.

Our guide Bill was great! He provided an excellent blend of historical facts covering from the colonial times to present with cultural and social trends and with "tales" that have been told, and mysteries that remain. Bill was able to answer every question we had and was also great at including suggestions for other sites to see and activities that might be of interest to us. The pace of the tour was steady, comfortable, and timely. Our group all agreed he gave a great tour!

Our tour guide, Rose, was superb at her craft. There was just my wife & I on this walking tour, so it was intimate. Rose's knowledge of Savannah's rich history was amazing. I would highly recommend this tour. We got lost trying to get to Wright Square, the starting point. Rose called me up & patiently quided us to the Square. IMPORTANT. Type in CVS when you are walking to Wright Square.

I really liked this tour. In addition to visiting some great historic areas, we were given some nice little know facts about the history of Savannah. I learned a lot in such a short period of time. I'd love to do this again.
