We had a wonderful day with Oscar! We were one of the first groups into Chichen Itza and enjoyed seeing the key areas before the heat and the tour buses arrived. Oscar was very knowledgeable about Chichen Itza and we got a lot of details we would not gotten on our own. The cenote stop was absolutely gorgeous, and Oscar picked out a great selection of entrees for us to try for lunch.

The VIP Chichen Itza experience started off with great text/email communication with the company to remind of items to bring and who our tour guide would be. Aranzazu picked us up promptly at the established time and was very knowledgeable and friendly during the whole experience. He went above and beyond answering questions and providing history of the places we visited and was always ensuring our needs were met. We were lucky to get to Chichen Itza right as it opened and beat the crowds. Just prepare accordingly with sun protection gear as it gets very hot very quickly ! We chose to go to lunch before the cenote which was great and then finished with a refreshing swim in the cenote. 10/10 tour!

It was a great day! Juan was a wonderful guide and great with our 6 year old. I was worried the day would be too much for a kid but the way it was broken up was great. Chichén Itzá, then swimming in the súper cool cenote, and then food. We loved it.

Carlos was a wonderful, knowledgeable guide who whisked us through the crowds so that we could enjoy Chichen Itza without the crowds. The lunch in Valladolid included gourmet versions of Yucatec dishes and our grandsons really enjoyed the incredible cenote swim. Thanks for a great experience, Carlos. I even learned some Mayan expressions!

Carlos was a terrific guide! The private tour is very definitely the way to go. Carlos got us there at opening, steering us through the queues, and we had the place to ourselves before the crowds arrived. Juan was great!! Super informative, he is a wealth of knowledge. He asked what we wanted to see while we visited & showed us all of those things. He showed us countless Mayan cultural things in the modern area. I have visited this beautiful place years ago, Juan gave me a superior experience that will be remembered for a long time!! I definitely would recommend having him guide you!!!

Chichen Itza, cenote, and lunch in villadolid on a private tour was excellent. The sites spoke for themselves. What stood out about this tour was our guide Heber. He was extremely welcoming and thoughtful through out our time together. His customer service is exceptional. He also provided a wealth of knowledge about the Mayan, Aztec and other history pertinent to the Yucatán peninsula and other parts of Mexico. He also spoke with us about the current events around Mexico. Very interesting conversation. We truly enjoyed our tour and experience with Heber. 5 stars.

We had the best time! There was plenty of water on a very hot day (36/102 degrees) the guide (Heriberto) was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. We had a young kiddo (just turned 3) that was challenging and our guide accommodated the needs of him and our family. Heriberto was very knowledgeable about the archeological site of Chichen Itza. I would highly recommend My Quest Concierge and will use them again on our next outing.

Arnie was our tour guide for the day, and highly recommend taking this tour. The private experience is 100% worth it, and allowed us to feel unrushed, ask our questions, get pictures, and spend any free time the way we wanted as a small group. Arnie was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our many many questions both on history as well as current day, and was like spending the day with a friend. Being able to have the day taken care of, skip long lines, and have the focus be our experience made this day a special memory for our group and would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Communication ahead of the tour was also exceptional and felt well prepared for the day and meeting the morning of.

This was such a wonderful tour and I recommend booking it wholeheartedly. Our tour guide, Jonathan, was so knowledgable and friendly. It was a joy to spend the day with him and of course to see the incredible ruins, especially at our own pace and ahead of all the crowds. The cenote was also truly beautiful and wonderfully cooling since the heat was kicking in. I don’t think I’ll ever forget the feeling of bobbing around in the water there with the motmot birds flying overhead. Thank you for a memorable day!

Do yourself a favor if you're planning a visit to Chichen Itza and book this private tour through Viator. The tour guide (Hebert) was so passionate and knowledgeable about the site's history, telling us illustrative tales of the past, while showing us the ruins that remain beautifully intact. I had been to Chichen Itza back in the early 90's, but had no idea what I was looking at and this made the whole experience come alive. Also do yourself a favor and get there EARLY in the morning before hundreds of other tourists arrive and the heat of the day begins to wipe you out. Hebert was extra attentive to my group's multi-generational needs and made the whole day one to remember. We also went to a wonderful lunch and visit to a cenote. Of our 10 days in the area -- this day was the family favorite. Can't recommend this tour enough!

Tour was amazing. Our guide Jony was extremely knowledgeable and fun. Our concierge made sure the day ran smoothly. We got there early beating the big busses and were able to see Chichen itza before it got crowded. Our guide took photos of us which was wonderful. I loved the Cenote!

I highly recommend this tour. Our guide was fantastic! Definitely worth the extra money. We got to the destinations ahead of the big busses giving us a chance to experience locations without the crowds.

Wow. What a day!! Isaac met us (UK family of 4 with 2 children aged 7 & 9) at our hotel reception as planned (great communication before and on the morning he messaged to say he had arrived (5 mins early). Lovely spacious car and off we went to Chichen Itza. Interesting to note that there was an hour time difference between Playa Del Carmen (CI being one hour behind) so having left at 6.15 and the 2.5(?) hour drive we were there for door opening at 8am. Tickets were already sorted so we were in quickly with no queueing. We were given chilled water upon arrival and a wonderful tour of the site. He was well prepared with materials to explain things and really patient with our children who ask A LOT of questions! He made the trip for them as they really felt involved and included. It was so interesting for us adults too. After this we went to the Cenote (again more chilled water) which was still quite quiet as many people would still be at Chichen Itza - the amount arriving as we left was crazy! The Cenote was amazing and stunning. It was chilly getting in but okay and not as cold as I’d expected. Life jackets were by the water and you just help yourselves. We had goggles so could look into the great expanse of the 40m water. There were small catfish in the water which our daughter was a bit scared of but she ended up jumping in off the side (as our son did too) so clearly managed okay ultimately! The kids both had wet suit style tops (from home) which probably helped them with the temperature as we were in over a hour which is seemingly a very long time. There were changing rooms and showers. You can’t wear sunscreen or insect repellent but we didn’t feel anything biting. We then went for lunch which we’d pre ordered in the car. The lunch was lovely although there weren’t children’s options. The lunch was at a Spanish inspired town and we had a little walk around before driving back. Such a wonderful day and really couldn’t have been better! Thanks Isaac!

Fantastic tour from start to finish. From the staff organising informing you of times to Eric the guide every detail is brilliant. The early start is well worth it to miss the crowds. Special mention to Eric who was brilliant. So informative knew so much and made the day fantastic.

We loved our experience with Israel as our tour guide visiting Chichen Itza. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciated his ability to communicate with us in English. He took us to a beautiful cenote, and arranged a wonderful lunch. It was the best tour we had while visiting Mexico.

Excellent tour provided. Pick up was on time. A very large vehicle for us which gave us all space to move and nap on the journey! Isaac, our tour guide was friendly, polite and knowledgable. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. For note, we have a 7 and 4 year old. This tour worked perfectly. We’re also vegetarian an a different lunch option was made available to us.

We really enjoyed our day, Manuel and Orlando were brilliant hosts. The visit to Chichen Itza was amazing, swimming in the cenote was just absolutely breathtaking and the food at the local restaurant was delicious. Manuel was so informative and we really felt looked after all day. Thank you for an unforgettable trip. I would 100% recommend this to anyone.

The tour started early with a pick up, our guide Jose Manuel was timely and welcoming- checking in on our needs throughout . During the tour our guide was well versed on the history of Chichen -Itza and he also was kind enough to take excellent pictures. We were taken to the cenotes and then off to a delicious lunch with various dishes that our guide recommended/ordered. This was a very delightful tour,I would definitely use this service again.
