Excellent guide despite the awful weather! Being an open boat-beat to choose good weather. Umbrellas and blankets provided .

The staff, the fun facts and the relaxed atmosphere. We did not book the cheese and wine part, and that was fine. Next time I'd book the cheese and wine.

The windows were super steamed up so couldn’t see anything. The boat was fully booked so we couldn’t get tickets near the window, further obscuring visibility. We were crammed in next to people with no leg room. There was nowhere to buy drinks as described. Overall a bit of a miserable experience and much worse than many other Amsterdam boat tours we have done over the years.

Captain Kat led us through nooks and canals I know not every tour gives. We had a technical issue that we weren't aware of till Kat pulled the boat to the side. Boat fixed in just 10 minutes. The wine and treats onboard were all tempting. Captain Kat knew her stuff. You can tell true local guides versus book trained guides. We had to postpone our tour, because of delayed travel. This company bent over backwards to make sure we had a great experience on our modified schedule.

The weather was great! Skipper Henry & Host Philippa provided an enjoyable experience while cruising the canals. They were very knowledgeable; answering any/all questions we had about Amsterdam and provided important facts and funny stories along the way. Would definitely recommend this cruise.

Because of sound bylaws no mic could be used so the commentary was not heard. You really had to get anything out of it.

The canal tour was informative and relaxing and our guides had a great sense of humor and made the time spent on the boat fun.

Nice canal trip. Not much of a tour since most of the time the guide was selling drinks. But for 22 Euros it was enjoy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. The staff accommodated our request to get on an earlier ride instead of the one reserved later which was nice. The weather was perfect and we learned a lot. Cost was appropriate.

Great tour and friendly operators. There are so many canal tour companies it can get confusing, but would recommend the open-air boats that have 'flagship' on them
