Nowadays is hard to be surprised and yet Cambodia is the right place to take it back! We have been welcomed by Thom who shared with us precious knowledge about history and fact about Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples. The pride of this people is very inspiring and reaches your heart! In fact Travel to Inspire gives in charity to poor students at the rural areas across Cambodia. I truly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience an authentic journey. We visited 3 temples on this trip, Angkor, Bayon and Ta Prohm and was guided by Thoum who was very knowledgeable about the temples and was very patient in sharing and telling their histories. It was a calm and pleasant tour, very cruisy, and he spoke very good English. Moreover, Thoum knew all the best spots for Instagram worthy photos, and he even took some of our memorable ones. We were especially moved by the reason behind his social enterprise. His passion and determination to improve lives in his community was hard to ignore and is admirable. Not to be missed if you’re visiting Siem Reap! Please ask for Thoum. We had the most incredible tour with Sao the other day! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage daughters and they all loved it. We booked a private tour of Angkor Wat with Travel to Inspire after reading their reviews, and to help support their social mission to fund educational and environmental improvements for families living in poverty in Cambodia. Touring the Angkor Wat, Banyon and Ta Prohm temples was an amazing experience. Thom provided a history of the temples at each stop throughout the day, and patiently answering our questions. We were so pleased with how the tour went that we booked a tour with Thom for the next day to go to see Tonle Sap Lake.Booked last minute through trip advisor. Picked me up from hotel. Super easy. Tann was a great guide. Flexible and let us go at our own pace. He was very funny too! Would recommend.
