Our carriage ride was magical! Our horse Venus and driver were awesome! We saw so many great sites and got out and took great photos

The tour was amazing, we get off the carriage like 3 times, walked around and explored Central Park a little more

Love Rob’s, very pleasant and informative. Rob was top notch, he was friendly and we enjoyed the ride. We loved his horse it was a beautiful specimen…10 stars to him from then 4 lady friends that rode on Friday night on 04/12/2024.

We had an amazing time with our guide driving our carriage around Central Park! My daughter loves horses, and we surprised her with the tour, she loved feeding Toby a treat at the end. The blankets definitely helped the chilly April morning, but got lucky with sun and no rain after a few days of bad weather, and the cherry blossom trees were in bloom! Our guide was awesome at giving us facts about the park, TV and movies scenes, and taking pictures of us and giving us time to take our own photos as we went around. It was a great experience!

Lovely tour of Central Park. Lady Liberty is a beauty! We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Our driver was Pedro for our drive through Central Park, with Toby the horse. We took the 55 minute tour and it was fantastic. Pedro was very knowledgeable, very friendly and took lots of amazing photos for us. It was a cold day so he wrapped us up in blankets and make sure we were comfortable. The park was beautiful and a total oasis in the middle of NYC. Hard to believe we were only a few minutes walk away from Time Square! We can’t fault this company- the communication was great, instructions on how to find them were clear and the price was excellent value for money. We would definitely do this again if we are very back in New York, and would highly recommend it.

I booked a 55 minute ride around Central Park for my wife's 50th birthday and everything was great. The carriage was ready waiting for us, the knowledge shared from our driver of the park and sights to be seen whilst on the ride was very good. Our driver took lots of photos if us during the ride too. The whole experience was excellent and made my wife very happy on her special day.

We had a great experience. The driver was friendly and excited to share her city with us. It was clear that the horse was loved and well-cared for.

Alexis and the horse Mary were great. Even though we did the short tour, Alexis had so much information about everything we saw inside and outside the park.

Felt underwhelming. The price on the carriage was half of what we paid online. The tour guide was very informative but inattentive. He was on his phone texting most of the trip.

I went on a horse carriage ride in Central Park in early 2024 and I really enjoyed the experience. The driver was friendly, very knowledgeable about New York City and Central Park history. Our horse was very well behaved and was very approachable when I got to feed him carrots. I highly recommend others take up the chance if they have the opportunity!

This is a nice thing to do our guide called me advice me that the day we are supposed to take the carriage ride it was raining he booked us the next day and our Horse Winter with our lady guide Estela I think her name was very nice and knowledgeable and she made the experience really good

We did the hour tour. There were stops along the way and interesting sites pointed out. The other horse company had a long line of horses for rides on demand, but they didn’t look as well cared for. Our driver owned her own horses, so she took really good care of Liberty. We got to meet her brother, who looked just like her. The driver takes great picture of your group with your camera. Definitely worth doing.

We loved the whole experience and the scenery of Central Park and our driver was extremely kind and took plenty of photos.

We had a wonderful ride through the park with a fun and informative driver. She was a great photographer as well. Definitely recommend this carriage ride through the beautiful and historic park.

Incredible first time experience to see Central Park. I highly recommend NYC Horse Carriage Rides tour operator for a great history lesson and orientation to Central Park. Afterwards, you know the orientation of the park and can walk through the parts you want. (Great light lunch and restrooms at the Boathouse inside park.)

Don't upgrade to VIP. I upgraded to VIP and didn't feel VIP. The tour whole ride only lasted 40 mins and it was advertised to last 65 mins. The driver was VERY hard to understand, very broken english. It was a beautiful day, and the park is pretty. but not worht the cost. Especially how we were shorted by 25 mins. We also did a night time carriage ride that went out into the street, down 5th avenue and times square, it was MUCH better.
