Stop At: Las Teresas, C. Sta. Teresa, 2, 41004 Sevilla, Spain
The oldest bar in Seville's Jewish Quarter, open since 1870, is the perfect spot to start your tapas tour. Try two classic tapas — Spanish-style potato salad and incredible Iberian ham — paired with a traditional aperitif drink: sweet red vermouth.

Stop At: Taberna Álvaro Peregil, C. Mateos Gago, 22, 41004 Sevilla, Spain
Grab a bite to eat inside Seville’s tiniest bar. The family that runs this spot introduced orange wine to Seville, which is now a local classic. You’ll enjoy a glass along with delicious manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly.
Duration: 25 minutes
Stop At: Bar Casa Morales, C. García de Vinuesa, 11, 41001 Sevilla, Spain
Step back in time as you walk into Seville’s second-oldest bar, complete with large traditional wine vats that still line the walls. Try two beautifully prepared montaditos (miniature open-faced sandwiches): one with Iberian ham, and the other with salt cod and a chilled tomato-garlic puree known as salmorejo.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Bodeguita Antonio Romero Origen, Antonia Díaz, 19, 41001 Sevilla, Spain
The final stop of the night takes you to a family-run tapas bar where you’ll be treated to beautiful shared platters of regional specialties followed by a traditional dessert.

We took this tour on our first evening in Seville since we wanted to get the lay of the land and a bit of history. Mario shared his love of his home country and adopted City (he's from Cordoba) as he led us through the city to our various stops. We were with a diverse group whom we ran into on subsequent days. It was fun to talk to other travelers. The taverns we visited were a mix of traditional and new. I liked trying some of the local tapas - especially the lomo and adobo. The amount of food was perfect - we definitely were not hungry after the tour - and we also got enough to drink.Traveling solo I wanted to be able to enjoy a night out with people. This tour was great and I had just done the tour in Madrid. Mario was a wonderful guide not only in his knowledge but friendly personality. The food and drinks were perfect and by end of the night, we were all friends!

Great evening with Miranda sampling the tapas of Seville. It involved a fair amount of walking to find hidden gems within the centre which is full of more touristy places. I loved the pairing of food with the different drinks, all of which I wouldn't have tried normally but ended up loving. Just the right combo of history and culture. Great way to spend an evening. This was my first visit to Seville and Mercedes brought Seville’s tapas and taverns to life. I learnt so much about the history of the city as well as enjoying some great tapas and drinks that I would otherwise have not known about. Highly recommended!
