Overview
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What to expect
Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside.
Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home.
You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods.
After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

• Papaya Salad - Green papaya with prawn, mint, lemon basil, peanut, sesame, garlic oil, chili powder, BBQ rice paper, sweet and sour fish sauce
• Deep-Fried Spring Roll - Deep-fry spring roll with chicken & local ingredients, served with sauce
• Braised Chicken in Clay-pot with steamed rice - Braised chicken breast fillet without skin, lemongrass, ginger, shallot with local spice & local sauce.Served with hot steamed rice.
• Vietnamese Pancake - Crispy Vietnamese crepes filled with pork, chicken & local ingredients. Served with lettuce leaves, fresh herbs & sauce.

Will be recreating all of the dishes when we get home!
