Rose is such a lovely guide and offers a really interesting insight into the culture and history of Vietnam which we would not have otherwise known. We had a fantastic tour with Aloha. The tour itself was very good with the boat trip being the high point. It timed really well where we were a bit later and the crowds had started to thin out so it was very enjoyable. The food was good and the bus was comfortable. Our guide for the day Linh was excellent. She was fun, easy to understand and kept us very well informed about what was happening and when. Linh was also very informative about the attractions and tour route and covered it with a great balance of information/fun. There were also a couple of issues that were no fault of Aloha or Linh's (guest not arriving at clearly communicated meeting point etc) that she dealt with very professionally and all the while keeping happy and ensuring the tour went on as normal. Well done.This day tour was the perfect choice for us who did not know where to go close to Hanoi. The area is very green and far from motorbikes and horns of Hanoi.
