Booked with Turquaz Balloons during our stay in Cappadocia and had the most amazing experience! Everyone was incredibly friendly and went out of their way (e.g. taking pictures of our group) to make sure we had an awesome time. Our pilot Polat, co-pilot, and crew are pro’s and gave us some amazing views and a perfect landing! The champagne after we landed was the cherry on top of a wonderful experience. Check the weather before you go to make sure you dress appropriately. Balloon riding is a must do in Cappadocia and you will have no regrets booking with Turquaz! We felt safe the entire journey and got some incredible views. He is very experienced. Before the flight the company offered a light breakfast at their office.Excelente staff, best team. Very professional. Our pilot, Polat was just amazing, A+ for his ability, skills to fly. Funny and thoughtful. I will do it again and again!!

We had the most incredible experience doing the hot air balloon with Turquaz balloons. They collected us from our hotel and brought us to their office where we had some tea and croissants before being assigned our pilot (Ali Elma) and going in a minibus to our balloon. We enjoyed watching the balloon be inflated and shared a basket with 16 people in total but it did not feel cramped. We had a flight time of 1 hour 10 minutes where captain Elma showed us many sights of Cappadocia and kept us entertained. We felt completely safe at all times. Even the landing was excellent and followed by champagne and medals! A once in a lifetime experience and we would highly recommend Turquaz and captain Elma!The experience was amazing, the whole crew is awesome, Abdullah our pilot is very expert. The company gave us a very good experience.
