The church Island stop could be replaced with something else. But that’s the only stop with a bathroom by the church. Be sure to bring cash to pay for bathroom use.So to start off, my husband and I followed the instructions given to a T. They were super super confusing. So to start off, my husband and I followed the instructions given to a T. They were super super confusing. We were told to arrive 9:15 for a 9:30 scheduled departure at the Railway station (see screenshot) and we also had to redeem our tickets for some reason at a ticket office even though it was paid for??! Dont understand why that’s necessary? So we are at the description of the corner of the church and walking cirlcles, confused and not seeing their desk that is described. After arriving at 8:45 to pick up the tickets at 9 and then planning to walk the 10 minutes to arrive for 9:15, I am panicking because we have been unable to locate their desk. It was past 9 when I finally asked a public tour office if they could help and they directed me to the office. I go into the office and am told by another tour operator that the gentleman for my tour will arrive soon. So I wait a couple of minutes and then check outside. Oh and I tried calling the number provided 3 times and different extensions too - no luck. Its now 9:20 and I was so upset there is no one there and the tour is leaving! So my husband runs to the meeting point (also a super confusing location) and after asking many other tour operators finally locates one person. They end up walking us back to the office where the guy for the tour shows up and I’m super confused because it is after 9:30 when they finally tell me that the tour is leaving at 10!!! So their timing was not even up to date. We finally leave and then switched boats and the next stop and then at another stop. We didn’t hear any info on Venice or any of the islands til 11 am at least and even then it was meager. You get off the boat and they dont provide any directions or insight. Torcello was the most boring place! The only enjoyable parts of the tour were the other people we met and chatted with and ofc Murano and Burano. So no thanks to Blu Medditerano, and we wont be touring with you again.A total rip-off! Murano: docked at one factory and showroom, quick glass-blowing demonstration, then herded into their shop. A total rip-off! Murano: docked at one factory and showroom, quick glass-blowing demonstration, then herded into their shop. Those who appeared more serious (monied) were picked out by aggressive salespeople and invited upstairs to their showroom. Beautiful, but expensive items. Then, back on the boat—no time to see anything else in Murano, and certainly no other glass shops. Torcello: boat docks about ten minutes away, down a pretty canal-side walk. Since we have been given only 50 minutes total here, we seek out a quick lunch spot (no advice provided by “guide” about what and where to have lunch). Some very attractive restaurants, but none can accommodate us for a short lunch break. We find a pizza to go spot and then it’s back to the boat. Burano: Finally a stop with time to walk around and see the town, visit shops and have a gelato. I would not recommend this “tour.” Just take an ACTV water bus or Alilaguna boat and give yourself time to enjoy each island at your leisure. The tour is amazing , it’s worth every penny . The scenery the building the history is so amazing and beautiful. Must do this tour

The stress of finding where to redeem the ticket, then finding the location of the boat ride is really bad. In addition our ticket said 10:30 and check in 15 mins. When we finally, found the location, we were told it’s 10am tour. 😡😩The only thing that gave us hope and that our money won’t be wasted is the security guy who said we can still use our ticket. 🙏🏼 Its a long ride. The tour is so poor that you only have 1 hour and must be early at the meeting place otherwise they will leave you according to the tour guide. So there is no enough time to explore.Nice overview of Venice area by the guide. Glass-blowing was interesting, Burano picturesque. Torcello less so but with interesting history.
