Would thoroughly recommend the Hey Captain small boat cruise. Nis was a great guide, so knowledgeable about a wide range of topics related to the City but also European history and football!!. Only issue was it was a chilly day but blankets were provided and there was an awning. Thank you

Relaxed, knowledgable, friendly, maximum 12. Lovely sight highlights as well as contemporary social and architectural history. At first I was a bit nervous about it maybe being too “chummy” and forced but I was wrong. Our captain was a local who knew everything about the city and country, gossip, history, politics, architecture, events, social change. Go prepared. They provided blankets but we had underestimate the weather and we were frozen solid by the end!

We didn’t have much time in Copenhagen but sailing with Hey Captain was a great way to see parts of the city that weren’t covered by our walking tour. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable! We really enjoyed being on a smaller boat with a small tour size. We found our time was time well spent with our guide and tour group. We highly recommend this tour and our guide!

Captain Lars was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and a great captain/host. Would highly recommend on a visit to Copenhagen.

We had a fantastic expierence with the tour. Brilliant way to get to see the city and lovely meeting new people whilst having a drink! Wish we had of taken the 2 hours tour instead of one!!

The trip around the harbour was so enjoyable that we booked the shorter one too. I highly recommend this small boat tour.

Fantastic trip with Tisa’s adventurous sunny personality making it a joyful afternoon despite a bit of hail. She knew her city inside and out and was so interactive and made it so much fun for my 21 year old son, my husband and I. She was inclusive and thoughtful and made sure to answer every question thoughtfully and with lots of humor and joie de vivre. All in all a hugely successful trip!!

Not a tour of hidden gems of the Copenhagen canals, as advertised, but a pleasant enough slow sail round the north harbour only. If you don’t know what’s ashore, you’ll learn very little from this trip. Pretentious waffle about “social sailing”. See some nice new architecture, but not much else to recommend it

Pleasant, but NOT a tour of the canals it’s a slow trip round the North Harbour, and is quite interesting as you see a lot of new architecture, but you actually see very little of the city. Nice enough being out on the water, but doesn’t give you much idea of the city. Fortunately we had previously done a great cycling tour of the city, and spent another day on bikes on our own and had seen many of the areas which were being pointed out, but the boat trip added very little

We really enjoyed this tour with only about 6 or 8 other people, our knowledgeable friendly guide who encouraged conversation and asked thought provoking questions during our one our tour. Appreciate that we could have drinks on the boat and getting to chat with fellow tourists. Our one small complaint was there was so much emphasis on the social part that we felt a bit short changed on the history/touristy part of this tour - but so much better than the huge boats that we saw going through all the canals.

Friendly crew, knowledgeable and fun. It is a great way to spend an afternoon. Informal, easy going.

Hey, from a local! This was my 6th trip with Hey Captain. This time in 3 boats - to celebrate my sons 18th Bday. The youngster in one boat and a mix of family and friends in the 2 other boats. Each Captain contributed enormously to a pleasant, relaxing, and involving atmosphere. In one boat we talked about childhood dreams, and to what extent they have been realized and current dreams/goal. In another boat they talked about their individual relations to my son - and how they would describe him as a person. In the Youngster boat, they simply had a great time, again excellently facilitated by the Captain. So, even though you already know each other quite well – the Captains facilitated another level of insight among the guests. Not an easy task – but done in a seamless and natural way. On top, good talks about architecture, houseboats, and many other thing.

Of course it is nice to socialize and get to know the other passengers - however I would have wished far more information on Kopenhagen itself. We just cruised around the Harbour with only a few information.

The hey captain is the recommended tour in the canals of Copenhagen! This is a good way to see the beautiful canals and have a great time doing it with loved ones or friends or just by with your hey Captain! Erasmus was a good captain!

My wife and I had wonderful relaxed 2 hours with Nis (who was friendly, relaxed and knowledgeable) and 6 others from around the world - really different experience and sailing by some of the bigger boats travelling much faster made you realise what a good decision it was to take this trip - GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY - would recommend- and THANK YOU AGAIN Nis

Had a great couple of hours on the water. The ride was a fun way to see different parts of the city. Our tour guide was knowledgable and was open to going to specific places per request. The drinks on board were nice too! Highly recommend this tour!

We booked directly with this company preferring a small group experience and were treated to a private sailing as we were the only 2 customers. Well done Hey Captain for honouring the booking when we might have expected to be ‘offered’ an alternative with more customers. William was easy company, sharing insights about the city, places of interest and its lifestyle. We took the 15.40 tour and enjoyed mulled wine, warm blankets and the lights of the city to offset the cold.

I booked the boat trip online in advance without any problems and was greeted warmly at the jetty. My tour took me along the Little Mermaid and the canals and I can really only recommend it. Best captain ever - had great entertainment and the hour flew by, saw great sights and learned a lot about Copenhagen. If you're looking for a boat trip that's about more than just hearing a few boring facts, then definitely go on this one and don't shy away from entertainment - it's worth it! 10 out of 10! :):) Ich habe die Bootsfahrt vorab super problemlos online gebucht und wurde am Steg freundlich begrüßt. Meine Tour führte entlang der little Mermaid und den Kanälen und ich kann es wirklich nur empfehlen. Bester Captain ever - super Unterhaltung gehabt und die Stunde ging vorbei wie im Flug, tolle Sights gesehen und viel über Kopenhagen gelernt. Wenn ihr eine Bootsfahrt sucht, bei der es auch darum geht, mehr als nur ein paar langweilige Fakten zu hören, dann unbedingt hier mitfahren und keine Unterhaltung scheuen - es lohnt sich! 10 von 10! :):)

Fantastic experience all around. We sailed on time and it was exactly as described. Great time even during the winter -- nice a cozy with blankets, glugg, etc. Great way to see the city and the guides are informative.

Great tour! It was cold but the ride was lovely and Jonas was so cute and knowledgeable about the city. Would def recommend! Thanks for great day :)
