Overview
Here you will be the chef and the diner, learning to cook the specialties of our cuisine, handed down to me by my grandmother!
You will learn new cooking techniques, all from the scratch that you can easily replicate at home, such as learning how to make gnocchi, eggplant parmesan and the typical tiramsù. You will be completely immersed in the Italian lifestyle in a convivial atmosphere among lemon and olive trees, and I show you also how we produce olive oil and limoncello. My goal is that this experience remains in your mind but above all in your heart!

What to expect
Are you ready to learn from the scratch how to cook like a local in an authentic seaview italian villa from our grandmother recipes? Here, you will learn the secrets of the most famous Italian recipes in a convivial atmosphere, surrounded by lemon and olive trees, in front of Sorrento bay.The sea breeze that will cross your nostrils will become one of the basic ingredients of your dishes, making them unique and remember to don’t forget passion!
Here, you will prepare healthy and authentic meals, using the best local ingredients collected from the family garden, and you will drink local wine and limoncello after relaxing with a welcoming coffee and enjoying with us.
We will be happy also to tell you something about our life, our aspirations and passions, exchanging opinions, suggestions and advices. We wish that you will able to cook Italian dish at home transmitting to your guests what you have learned, but above all we wish that this experience will remain in your mind and in your heart.
Sample Menu
• Eggplant parmesan - This is a traditional dish, made up with fried eggplant, mozzarella cheese, tomato souce and parmiggiano cheese, everything backed for 15 minutes!
• Gnocchi - Our most traditional fresh pasta made up with potatoes and flour, at the end we will mix everything with the original tomato sauce and basil!
• Tiramisù - Is there a better dessert in the world?

Christiano made sure we all had fun and kept us busy,learning how to prepare and cook Eggplant Parmigiana,Gnocchi and Tiramisu. All the ingredients came from his family garden as did the wine and lemoncello . We sat down to eat what we made, together around a large family table.What a great bunch of people we met. It is easy to get the train from Sorrento to Vico Equense (a few stops ) .The house is nearby. This is a treat not to be missed. Thank you Christiano and family.Cooking with Christiano was one of the highlights of our trip to Sorrento. Cooking with Christiano was one of the highlights of our trip to Sorrento. He and his sister were super accommodating, their home (and the view from the villa!) was beautiful, and the dishes we learned to cook were delicious. The Sorento style gnocchi was our favorite and we’ve already made it several times at home (Christiano gives you a print out of the recipes, so you can recreate them at home). We also bought some lemon infused olive oil that he makes at his villa and it was also very good. I 100% recommend this experience!
