Great time seeing both tourist spots and the real life of Bahamians. Good guide and we loved the narration in the head sets on the busy streets.

This was awesome! But I have a caveat - you ride around along with the traffic. This is an urban area - it’s traffic-y and the streets are a little narrow. You should have SOME general comfort on a bicycle, so that the traffic doesn’t unnerve you. You don’t need to be particularly fit, it’s not too challenging physically. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone under maybe age 16 or so, and as long as they can follow the guide and can follow instruction and again, are truly comfortable on a bike.We had a great time on our journey. Our guide was knowledgeable and funny. We would recommend this place.
