Masai Mara is one of the most famous wildlife conservation areas in the world, with a rich & varied collection of African wildlife. This 4 day Masai Mara Safari by road offers you a superior safari experience with accommodation in quality safari lodges and with six exciting, fully private game-drives inside the main Masai Mara National Reserve. You also get an option of adding several activities at an extra cost such as Hot Air Balloon Flight, Nature walks and relaxing massage during your trip.
The tour departs daily, subject to availability, starting and ending in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya.
This tour is ideal for tourists arriving on the morning flights into Nairobi from US, UK and India markets as they do not require an overnight stay in the city prior to the Safari. Travelers from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE if arriving on the Emirates and Ethihad flights will most likely require an overnight in Nairobi.

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara
Stop At: Maasai Mara National Reserve, Maasai Mara National Reserve, Rift Valley Province
Your driver-guide reports to your hotel for Start of the safari, with a 8 -8:30 am departure for a scenic drive down into the Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, Kenya's premier game reserve. You will be in your own private safari vehicle. Stop briefly en-route at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for stunning views of what is the world's largest valley. Arrive at Masai Mara for lunch. The afternoon game-drive at 3:30 pm allows spotting of the unrivaled wildlife in the park. Return to your lodge by 6:30 pm.

Day 2: Full day in Masai Mara Game Reserve

Full day in Masai Mara. You enjoy two game-drives today, one in the morning at 6:15 am, before breakfast and the other in the late afternoon after lunch. As your safari is private your game-drive timings are flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon. You may also choose to have a full day game-drive [one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch for an extra cost ranging from USD 15- 20 per person . Return is in the evening for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

It now seems flights to Kenya remain cancelled so we've now cancelled the trip. This review is about Shoor Safaris honoring their commitment and giving us a full refund minus only some minor fees, as we have now decided to cancel the trip. A friend of mine had used this company in the past successfully and when my wife and I decided to visit Kenya we booked this tour to Masai Mara with Shoor Safaris, starting and ending in Nairobi. To our surprise the accommodation turned out to be a nice safari lodge with proper facilities such as bathrooms inside the room and beautiful common areas as well as excellent cuisine [ all meals were included]. We saw plenty of game including prides of Lions and a group of Cheetah on a ''kill, during our 4 game drives with Peter, our guide from Shoor. Despite the quality of the tour, we found this company to be cheaper than comparable offers, so I will recommend them for anyone wanting to go for a Safari in Masai Mara.682janetl

Back in Kenya after a couple of years visiting friends and to do a Safari. We just love Kenya : ) Chose to go again with this operator Shoor Travel - and was very happy with the 4 day Safari to Masai Mara. We had a private vehicle and had upto 7 game drives included so managed to see plenty of game including the Big Cats..plus a black rhino and Leopard this time too !! Not always easy to spot these. Luckily we just finished our trip early March before the lock downs started - phew !! I also booked another day tour with this operator - separate review.
