We booked a trip through Servitour Chile for Valparaiso and Casablanca valley tour on our free day on a long business trip. The tour was excellent and Esteban was a very knowledgeabe guide who took us on a walking trip through the colourful streets of Valparaiso and shared the history of the region. Even our visit to the small winery of Bodega Re in Casablanca was interesting where we tasted and bought some great Chilean wine. Would highly recommend anyone looking to visit Chile to do this trip.Went on a day trip with my wife with Daniel and Leonardo. The trip was fantastic. They picked us up right on time and we were on the road. While we drove, the two of them asked us some questions about our interests and based on that, they recommended that we add a vineyard stop in Casablanca. And...
Went on a day trip with my wife with Daniel and Leonardo. The trip was fantastic. They picked us up right on time and we were on the road. While we drove, the two of them asked us some questions about our interests and based on that, they recommended that we add a vineyard stop in Casablanca. And, they did all the arranging of that, including calling a few places until they could make us a reservation. On the tour, we took short stops to explore Vina Del Mar and Valpo. In all places, Leonardo had lots of wonderful information to share. They were clearly also well coordinated as whenever we finished a walk, the car was there are waiting, we never had to double back. They also were thoughtful to plan ahead and reserve us a lunch location based on our preferences. I can only say positive things about the experience and they tour guides themselves, but at the end of the trip, Daniel, to our surprise, was so kind to stop and give us a wonderful gift based on some of our conversations. This is truly a private and customized tour that offers the right amount of guidance but also adjustment to our needs.Esteban & Daniel (and his 3 brothers-in-joke) were a great team for our day out at Valparaiso and Casablanca valley. In my opinion they could lose the Vina del Mar element and spend more time in Valparaiso. Esteban was very informative and enthusiastic. Thoroughly recommend.
