Fantastic evening with Francesco and friends! Great food, wine pairings and fun in 4 different locales. Loved the walk too!The tour took us through small streets and beautiful restaurants. A good selection of wine pairings and good portion sizing for a solid meal. Some food quality was great and some was so-so. All considered I still enjoyed the tour and would recommend.

Great tour Georgia was amazing Very knowledgeable, helpful and fun. Enjoyed the guests we were with. Excellent food and wine with the historyOnly for those who have never been to Italy. The wine was decent, guide and fellow participants were pleasant, but the food was less than adequate. I didn’t pay money to have bland pasta and four different slices of salami, cured ham, etc.

We had a great walking tour with Silvia - as there was just my wife and my 5 year old - it was enjoyable to have such an intimate experience. We were looking for an authentic experience of Milanese food and we got to enjoy that - I won’t put all the different stops so you can enjoy it yourselves. I’ve put a few photos below so you can see the sort of things to expect. My wife enjoyed the wine pairings and the amount of food and drink felt generous. Silvia was very understanding when our little boy got bored and needed breaks to visit the playground! I would say that this is one of the more expensive activities in Milan but if you enjoy food and history then I would definitely recommend this tour and would say it is worth the cost. We very much enjoyed our afternoon!Giorgia was a fabulous guide and brought this tour to life. We were a small group of 6 and Giorgia made the effort to spend time with and get to know everyone. Giorgia was a fabulous guide and brought this tour to life. We were a small group of 6 and Giorgia made the effort to spend time with and get to know everyone. She introduced us to each dish and wine / bubbles with an in-depth knowledge of the history and culture and how it came to be. Giorgia is honestly one of the best guides I’ve ever had and she is an absolute asset to Walking Palates. I also loved that the places we visited were not tourist traps and genuinely authentic, hidden gems. I’d highly recommend!
