Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

Joe was amazing. This tour was the highlight of my mom and my trip. Joe was very informative, funny and helpful. Joe was amazing. This tour was the highlight of my mom and my trip. Joe was very informative, funny and helpful. We saw a lot of houses from the show, got to go into one, and even stopped at the shop on bosque and harp studios. We even got a peak of the outside of a project that Chip and Jo currently are working on. Tip: avoid the back of the tour van, it doesn’t have great views (except for the back of everyone’s heads). However, despite our seats, we had an amazing time. Joe was even kind enough to drop us off at the silos (where we parked and then walked to the tour start).Lori_H

Joe is a great tour guide, and did an excellent job showing both fixer-upper houses and Waco in general. My fiancé is a huge fan of the show and, while I enjoy it, I know far less about it. Despite that, the tour was entertaining and Joe had everyone laughing out loud. It was great to see Waco...
Joe is a great tour guide, and did an excellent job showing both fixer-upper houses and Waco in general. My fiancé is a huge fan of the show and, while I enjoy it, I know far less about it. Despite that, the tour was entertaining and Joe had everyone laughing out loud. It was great to see Waco for the first time through the lens of a resident talking about what a difference the Gaines' have made to the community. I would recommend spending a couple hours on this tour just to see the city and some beautiful homes in a few different neighborhoods. I really loved the mix of more modest homes with actual mansions. It really gives you an appreciation of what Chip and Jo have done for their town.Darrell T
