We booked with Viator, booking was easy- we had option to type in our hotel for collection. The night before our trip we received a notification from your company to our room advising our tour guide was John and confirming our collection time. Pick up was prompt. Day is really planned well with clear info on when to expect toilet stops etc. Best day of our holiday, we got to see Tiananmen Square, best bits of Forbidden city and a really great afternoon at the Wall. (Really recommend the cable car & toboggan ride- optional extra but so cheap & lots of fun) Bus was comfortable & no awkward forced shopping trips.
