Overview

Students are given FREE access to our online recipe book (over 70 recipes meat & vegan) and how-to videos for their after-class technique recall. Our average class is 8 or fewer students. Yet we hold Trip Advisor's annual review record for every year since 2014. What does that tell you about the class content and the class delivery? After class, at your option, using your phone we can call you a taxi. While waiting for a taxi you can out our licensed backyard Cannabis and worm gardens. Everyone is welcome, including families with children, meat lovers, vegetarians, vegans, anyone with food allergies, virgin cooks, and accomplished chefs can all be found in any 10 AM class. We adjust each student's ingredients according to their individual dietary needs.

What to expect
Following a tour of the street market in front of the school you will be taught 12 dishes. The recipe for Pad Thai below is one of the very popular dishes taught in every 10 Am class.
Pad Thai
4 c cooked rice
150 g prawn, shelled and deveined
2 eggs
1 Onion, ut into wedges
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
¼ c cooking oil
Fresh vegetables: cucumber, spring onion, lettuce, lime wedges,
shredded spur chili and coriander for garnish
Additional Information
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until hot, fry onion and prawn until done ( prawn turns pink).
Rating: 2-3 servings
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 6 minutes
Total Time: 16 minutes

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. No infant seating provided.
- Vegetarian or vegan option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.
- People with food allergies need advise your chef in class so they can adjust your ingredients accordingly
- We do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet.
- Cooking class is 30-minutes to both BKK airports. You may check out of your room and bring your bags to class if you wish catch your fight after class
- Minimum participant age is 3 years
- Infants are welcome but you must take of them as we do not provide a baby sitting service.
- See our location directions map link in your voucher and show same to your driver as this is the most direct route from all popular foreigner lodgings.
- We recommend you be in your taxi by 9 am.
- Tourists travelling by Bangkok city taxi need to allow time before departure time to ask 5 or 6 taxi drivers to run their meter before you will find one that will run their meter to go anywhere. Most students use GRAB taxi app. There are a number of taxi companies operating in Bangkok and if you select to come by no meter taxi be sure you agree to the fare before getting in the taxi and they will likely come by Google Maps route not teh route on our map. They will take by the outer ring road (HWY 9) and that will add 10 km to your ride and it is a toll road.
- You can expect your ride to us to be 30 to 45 minutes and on the meter cost 150 to 220 baht. Grab taxi app and most other taxi will want to come by way of the motorway which is a toll road so less chance of traffic problems. the cost to come this way is more than by our map at near 300 baht with or without a meter plus near 60 baht for tolls.

Enjoyed my experience taking the cooking class. I participated in the course during COVID-19, so my lesson ended up as a private lesson. I am a Thai food cooking novice, and chef took the time to explain the different ingredients, how much they cost, and why I should cook at home. The food I cook...

I don't think I left a review yet but, man, how I need to! I couldn't select the time I went from what was available but me, or my visitors went different times from 2016-2018. The first time I went, I came with my mom and my oldest daughter. My mom was there visiting us when we lived in Bangk...
I don't think I left a review yet but, man, how I need to! I couldn't select the time I went from what was available but me, or my visitors went different times from 2016-2018. The first time I went, I came with my mom and my oldest daughter. My mom was there visiting us when we lived in Bangkok. We lived in Nonthaburi at the time, which was a bit closer to her kitchen than those coming from Bangkok. We took the class where we learned the 12 different dishes. It was a WHIRLWIND for sure but I LOVE that she gives you access to her videos and recipes after. My mom absolutely loved it and my daughter did as well. My daughter came home and made us Pad Thai (she was 13 at the time). Of course, it didn't go as fast without Chef Leez there but she did a great job. I was grateful that Chef Leez class inspired her. After that, I sent 2 of my friends who were visiting to her class, as well as my sister and niece to her class when they visited. I would totally recommend her class to anybody thinking of taking a Thai cooking class. We have left Thailand but have a friend planning a trip and asking for ideas on things not to miss and I'll make sure to put this class on the list. Thailand has so much rich culture and what better way to experience the culture than through the food that Thai's have grown, prepared, and cooked through the ages? Eating it is one thing. Learning the preparation methods, the shortcuts not to take, the recipes, and being able to take that information home with you to prepare these delicious meals wherever you live is on a totally different level that you won't regret!Dangilden

An amazing cooking experience, felt really immersed in Thai cooking culture. Recipes are quick and easy to follow, and Chef Leez really makes your feel comfortable in the kitchen. Had a fantastic time.

I gifted this virtual class to my wife for Christmas. Chef Lee cares enough for her students to share her grandma's own recipes. No English language barrier. Thai ingredients/recipes can be intimidating to newbies like us. We know she's very talented because the food we prepped in our own kitchen is the most enjoyable Thai we've ever tasted. If you're travel hungry, let your taste buds take you to Thailand, you will not regret it.
