Great driver and guide (Sohaib), really kind and generous. We felt really safe and relaxed during the tour. We actually visited ALL the pyramids located around Cairo. However, the guide asked us to pay the entrance fees of the museum with credit card, who gave us in cash instantly after. They explained it was due to the fact that cash is not accepted in museums and monuments. They should have informed us before the tour or they could have excluded the entrance fees since the beginning.I am very happy with the friendly, experience and knowledgeable tour guide Mohammad and cheerful driver Kamal The tour guide went aboveboard in helping and showed patience in explaining and taking round in the very hot day I will not hesitate to recommend to our friends and families Dr Rama Man...

I´ve made so many travels during years and this was probably the worst tour service I ever received. I already did a similar tour with the same stops 5 years ago. The main reason was the guide: - Not providing valuable information for the places to visit, just provided 1 or 2 sentences for each stop (what could have been easily found on Wikipedia) - After the 1 or 2 sentences told us to visit the places by our own while he was resting in the shape. While we saw so many groups with guides explaining the meaning of every different characters on the walls, the legends, myths, gods & pharaohs lives, etc. - Got offended easily for every single comment - All the time in a rush and pushing us to go super fast despite we decided to skip 2 stops (camels ride and a shop) to have more time to spend on the pyramids. - I recognized a guide who is a friend from a friend and approached her just to say hello and he pushed me not to talk to her and talked bad about her later in the car. This was a very fantastic and busy day. We had a very good tour with EMO tours, we booked direct and they were happy for us to start at a time to suit us as we arrived late in the night before. Our guide was great, she told you plenty of interesting information without getting boring, and was happy to answer any questions we had. The camel riding was good fun and we had loads of photos taken by the guide and the camel operators. We never felt rushed or hassled. She also gave us advice on prices, where to buy/tip etc and didnt drag us off to all sorts of shops we didnt want to go to. The only reason i didnt give it 5 was the lunch plan, its only offered in Giza so we were offered it after the Sphinx which was really early, 2 hours after the tour started, around 11.15 ish or after the tour had finished around 4pm which was really late. Another option around Memphis/Sakkura would have been welcomed.
