BUS: First let me say, the tour guide on the bus was excellent and he spoke Spanish and English very well. Therein lies part of the problem with this tour, it was advertised as English speaking yet more than half of the time Spanish was spoken and when the guide finished speaking Spanish all the Spanish travellers would start conversing with each other and the English talk was subsumed it a cacophony of noise. Whole days were spent sitting in a bus and very little time was available for visiting..
HOTELS: Generally very good although perhaps not Five Star by European standards, comfortable nonetheless, to frequently not central enough locations to walk into town.
OVERALL: Happy to have been to Morocco, wouldn't want to spend a whole day 7:00 to 19:00 travelling from Costa del Sol to Fez in a bus ever again. Would appreciate the ability to actually visit more sites in less places e.g. driving for hours to get to Casablanca to be shown one of the worlds biggest mosques and not be allowed to enter it. Why go all the way to Casablanca?

Not sure why this tour started in Malaga, would have made more sense to fly directly to Morocco, as this then involved a 3 hour bus drive just to collect the various people from different locations, before arriving at the boat. when booking was only given one location, Malaga, was not informed that could be picked up from other locations. at time of booking was also not informed that this was mainly a spanish speaking trip, although english was provided and guides on the tour also for english. overall trip was good, paid extra for upgrade, unfortunately only the hotel in Marrakech could be classed as 5 star, in other hotels the buffet dinner was gone if you did not arrive soon enough, the plates were not replenished. good balance of organised trip and free time.

Poorly coordinated tour. You will spend a lot of time and I mean A LOT of time in the bus and most of the tour is called panoramic tour meaning to say, you will just stay in the bus while passing through the cities mentioned on this tour. The only real tour will happen in Fez, Marrakech and in the city of Tangier walking tour. Guide mostly talk in Spanish and will explain some in English. The hotel in Fez, Zalagh Parc Palace is a horrible place, staffed with unprofessional people.
Good tour with good cities to see. Nice tour guide. He spoke more Spanish than English and we didn't get the same explanations. He never asked us if we had questions, he never even walked the bus to say good morning, he never even sat to have a coffee and casual conversation.
