Fast paced, knowledgeable tour guide (Alex), excellent accommodations, fantastic scenery, even with certain attractions closed, the alternates were spectacular! The optional dinner in Budapest and the optional concert in Vienna were worth the extra money for the experiences alone. All in all an excellent value as well..

Our tour started in Frankfurt Germany where we were met up by the tour guide Mano. From day one everything was explained very well as to our daily itinerary and information about the cities and history. We were able to see so much in so little time. There was nice space on the bus and the hotels were nice. Check your bed for creatures the weather was definitely in our favor no rain what so ever! It was even too warm at times :. There are additional fees for small activities that the company organized for you if you choose to join in, and we did it is worth it. Due to no more available spaces we did not make the dinner but it was nice to have extra time to eat and explore the city on our own. We met amazing people along the tour as well!

The trip was amazing! Everything was perfect, starting from our guide Geno. He was the star of the trip, super friendly, making everyone comfortable with enthusiasm and fun atmosphere. Geno showed us around and explained all details in every city and sightseeing place we went. He ensured everyone was happy and never rushed into anything. The trip was so chilled and we enjoyed every single place we went to without feeling it was a fast pace.
I was traveling solo but met the greatest people during the trip! There are so many places that are great for big fun groups, for example in Budapest the agency organised a traditional dinner we paid extra for but TOTALLY worth it and the whole group had an AMAZING time! Honestly I cant fault anything, everything was perfect, even though the weather was super cold as it was Feb but everywhere we went to was white snowy and nice.
The hotels were awesome too! Even the 3 star hotels were very nice, clean and super comfortable! I was surprised that we stayed in great hotels like Movenpick, Hilton and Holiday inn.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TRIP WITH GINO!

The tour was great! Great itinerary and well executed - no rush whatsoever and we had a bonus stop-over in Munich historic city centre which was not included in the itinerary, which was nice. The hotels throughout our stay exceeded my expectations except for the one in Zurich which NEEDS to be changed!. I highly recommend this tour and will take another itinerary multi-day tour with the same provided for sure!

Overall a great tour and for most part well organized. This trip gives a glimpse of eastern part of Europe. Its a quick stop, see and go. It is for someone who wants to cover a lot of countries in few days and not for someone wanting to take a vacation. The tour guide was pretty good and had the hard job of keeping the group well informed and being on time. Don't waste your money on the Pre and Post hotel pick up as we didn't get picked up from the Airport. We waited for 30 minutes and took a cab. Don't expect top hotels in all places as there are places where the hotel and the food is not that great. Overall a nice tour.

Excellent Family tour with a very jovial , knowledgeable and helpful tour manager - Krisztian. This was a bit hectic but the beauty of Europe is to be seen to believe. Prague , Vienna, Budapest , Salzburg, Lucerne and Mt. Titlis in Switzerland were simply amazing. The musical concerts with dinner were just the perfect relaxations. I will surely try out the other EU tours with Viator.

This tour was amazing - you really get to enjoy a lot of beautiful sights and our tour leader was so funny and friendly and really made the trip special. It was one of the best tours I've taken, the pace was great, not too fast, enough time to shop. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. You must take the gondola ride up the mountain in Switzerland, the views are spectacular. Totally worth the money!!

This was an excellent value-for-money tour! Most of my friends Ones from India living in London try to squeeze in a European tour from operators who cater almost exclusively to Indians, but I chose this since I wanted to get more of a feel for the various cuisines and meet new people. The guide was very helpful in getting us introduced to the rest of the group and feel comfortable This tour operates in conjunction with 2 other tours, so your companions will keep changing, but keep in mind that the sheer number of countries and people you'll be exposed to requires that you do your own research regarding the local cultures.
Also, I'd recommend getting enough currency converted before starting on this tour, since you'll need Hungarian Forints, Swiss Francs and Czech Kroners, apart from Euros and you dont always get a good rate at short notice when you arrive at the center of the capital.
The hotels in the tour were all quite good, but especially good were the ones in Hungary and Slovakia.
This tour is very highly recommended to those who want to see 'Old Europe', and if you can get arrange couple of days of Paris and Versailles on either weekend before or after this tour, you can consider this a fantastic all-around European experience!

it was a very memorable experience for the entire trip and one of the main reason was our tour guide Mr Lax he was very help full and would go out of his way to help all the tourist for anything , hence we never felt any inconvenience for any thing , and would also suggest Viator team that apart from the accommodation and transport that they provide , it is also very important and necessary to have a friendly and jolly tour guide to make any tour a successful like Mr Lax.
Overall a trip worth the every penny spent.
