Stop At: Babati, tanzania, Tarangire National Park 3134 Tanzania
After breakfast our safari guide collects us from our lodge for the drive to Tarangire National Park (approximately 2 hours). Tarangire, best known for its elephant families, savannah, iconic baobab trees, and seasonal swamps, is so named for the life-giving Tarangire River. Animals gather at the river and giraffe, bushbuck, and hartebeest, are often seen. The Park, also home to buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest, all of whom are closely attended by a range of predators, Simba the King, and his cousin, the leopard. From the open roof of our state of the art Safari Truck we will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the wildlife. We enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, which includes a delicious varied repast, coffee, and soft drinks. After a full day soaking up the sights of the park, we drive to our lodgings where we take the opportunity to relax, enjoy dinner in aesthetic surrounds, and retire to our well appointed quarters when the spirit moves us.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
Stop At: Ngorongoro Crater, Ngorongoro Conservation Area Tanzania
After an early breakfast, we boot up and head out towards the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest volcanic caldera. Almost 20km wide, approximately 600 m deep and known for its large variety of wildlife, the caldera, formed at the explosion of a volcano some three million years ago, was once taller than Kilimanjaro. A self contained paradise, the caldera hosts an abundance of the finest animal life on the planet. In addition to the Big Five the various springs attract animals such as wildebeest, gazelle, reedbuck, and more than 500 bird species. At approximately 1400hrs we head towards the Serengeti, arriving at our lodgings in a high grade tented camp at roughly 6:00 p.m. The Serengeti National Park, the Serenget, ‘Endless Plain’ in Maa, the tongue of the Maasai is the largest park in Tanzania and home to diverse landscapes and habitats such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannah and mountains and all of the creatures there inhabiting.

Day 4: Serengeti to Karatu
Stop At: Serengeti National Park, Serengeti National Park
We will once more enjoy an early breakfast and set off on our game drive at about 6:30 am, spending 6-7 hours exploring this incredible park. The Serengeti is the habitat for an abundance of wildlife, such as impala, buffalo, crocodile and hippo, but is more well-known for its great migrating herds of zebras (two hundred and fifty thousand), wildebeest (one and a half million!), and antelope (half a million). The animals’ trek is determined by the rainfall and varies from year to year. Apart from the migrating herds, we may see predators, such as leopard, cheetah, and lion, plying their rough trade. At roughly 1400hrs we head back to Karatu, arriving at our, carefully selected by us for excellence, mid range partner lodge for dinner in an excellently appointed restaurant, with a pool for relaxation if desired, a digestif by the fire below the endless African sky perhaps, and our capacious quarters awaiting us for a night of ease and dreams of wild cats!

Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha
Stop At: Lake Manyara National Park Tanzania
After breakfast we make the short drive to Lake Manyara National Park. Manyara, a relatively small but diverse park 120km west of Arusha, is so named for the shallow salt lake that occupies a good seventy percent of the parks lands. Flooding and drying seasonally, this soda lake is home to thousands of flamingo and over 500 other bird species. On our exploration of the park we will see monkey, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and with some luck, lions lounging in the trees. The park is known for its diverse landscapes; not only open grassy plains, but also primate-filled woodlands and baobab dotted cliffs.
We return to Arusha after lunch, our adventure having here come to its inevitable close, arriving at roughly 5:00 p.m.

We had the best experience ever doing this safari. Our driver , Oswald, was incredibly professional and spotted the big five easily, and much more. We had an amazing experience overall, the lodges that were proposed were great and everything was done in order this a memorable experience as well. The car was very comfortable as well and we had enough drinks for the whole trip, including some surprises that were prepared for us. Choosing a safari from abroad and paying so much money before arriving was not easy, so i contacted some companies with some of the best reviews. Anna was very responsive and made the whole preparation process , payement and booking incredibly easy. The prices were also the best i found during my research. We chose a mix of middle range and luxury lodges because of low season prices. Lets just say that the middle range was already way more luxurious than i thought it would be, the luxury lodges were over the top luxurious (sometimes even a bit ridiculously luxurious). Overall the experience was better in middle range lodges cause we had more contact with nature and with the people working there. In middle range, we were not treated as princesses , which proved to be uncomfortable in some luxury/low season setting ( 6 acrobats performing a 30 min private show for the two of us, before dinner was an experience to remember. Also there is no escape plan when they pick up someone from the public to participate). I already recommended this company to friends and family and i would not hesitate to use their service again. In retrospect my experience with lion king adventures has been excellent! In retrospect my experience with lion king adventures has been excellent! From the planning to the execution to the communication with the safari guide @Immanuel eveything was even better than I expected beforehand. We went on a 5 day safari and visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro and southern Serengeti. Now its rainy season but don't let that fool you, the weather has been awesome and it rained maybe for 30 minutes but driving through the parks in the rains totally adds to the adventurous experience! I recommend everybody to go on a safari with @Lion King Adventures. You will most definitely see lots of animals. For me, I wanted to see elephants, giraffes, lions buffalo, cool birds and cheetahs and guess what? THEY DELIVERED I got to see some amazing wildlife and even some lions devouring a zebra as an afternoon snack The accomodation I stayed in was very well located inside of the national parks or very close to the parks. So every morning we made sure to wake up early to start our game drive hoping to see lots af wildlife. Also the food and the staff were very very good. I can safely say that I ate for 2 weeks 😅 Finally a special shoutout to my guide Immanuel who made sure we saw all these animals and thought me so much about them. When I was looking at the wildlife Immanuel informed me hery well on what kind of species we were looking at and how much food the animals eat, what their behaviour is like and how long they live etc. Big up to Lion king adventures for making dreams come true! Thus is not goodbye but see you later (when I bring my family and friends)! Asante sana
