I am a single mom with 4 kids in Mexico for the 1st time. I booked the excursion thinking it was safe and reputable. I am a single mom with 4 kids in Mexico for the 1st time. I booked the excursion thinking it was safe and reputable. Nobody responded to my messages over the last 2 weeks but my card was charge and the trip was confirmed. We navigated our way to the meeting spot. The other tour operators had never heard of this one. Nobody picked us up and we were stranded with no plan on our one single port day. ruined trip.. we also found out that the eco park isn’t even open on Tuesdays - the day we were supposed to go. please do not book this tour due, we only had time for one location due to traffic and we were almost late for our cruise. AC also broke down. We asked if this tour can be started earlier but they could not accommodate.
