It was an AMAZING experience. I never been on a tour where everyone got along and I felt like I could hang with EVERYONE! We ended up meeting up as a group after this Tour and hanging out the whole time in Tulum. Which was great because I was a solo traveler. I thought it would be just going over a few spots but we were all in the cenotes, swimming, hiking, jumping. We spend a good time at the reefs and the ruins. Great information with great picture service! The photographer was SoooooOooOoooOo good! He took amazing pictures. So if you forget your camera, don’t worry, he captures the whole experience, even candid pictures. Loved the whole trip experience. Do this trip as a first starter trip because they give you tips, tricks, and advice on what to do for the rest of your trip.
One of the best excursion we did when in Playa del Carmen. Cristina, our guide, was outstanding - personable, funny, very knowledgeable and patient! Day packed with excitement, adventures and delicious food. A must when in the area!
Super great tour with a great guide. The Snorkel was pretty intense with the coral very close to the surface. The Cenote was the highlight of the day for sure!
Ruins were interesting, and it felt like just the right amount of time doing each activity. It was a lot of driving but well worth it.
Pepe was the Best tour guide ever!! We had an amazing experience. My friend was scared and he talked her through the whole thing and she ended up really enjoying it!
Great experience with an excellent tour guide. Loved the timing and keeping us out of the sun when explaining stuff... And the Cenote was so AMAZING!?!
Highly recommend!??!?!!!
Cenote was the best! A little more time than 15 minutes at the Tulum would be perfect. Driver was excellent. Guide was nice.
Pepe (BB) was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly with great bilingual skills. It was an amazing adventure, would highly recommend to anyone. Food was also excellent!!
This was by far thee best tour we experienced! The guide Ruben was so helpful and had so much personality. Arturo our driver was so knowledgeable about all the history and facts. Our photographer Ruben took amazing candid photos that made the experience priceless!! The lunch served was authentic and taste amazing! We were able to shop and see the Mayan natives, snorkel in the lagoon, and dive in the Cenotes! You don’t want to miss this excursion!! By far our absolute favorite! Our group was like a family by the time we departed. Looooooooved it! And they implemented safety regulations with Covid, although it did not take away from the experience it added additional sense of safety.
Amazing views! Such fun tour guides and photographer that were all very knowledgeable. My kids had the time of their lives in the cave and jumping into the cenote!! It was the best part of our trip and the rest of the trip was amazing too.
Amazing trip! Nora was a fantastic guide and we loved every part of the day! We especially enjoyed the cenote. We highly recommend this tour!
This tour was full of culture, adventure and history. George is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this trip.
The Cenote is the best part. Worth it. The ruines are already very short and not restored. Good guide though
Our guides Mariano and Arturo were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and super friendly and personable! Made the tour a very pleasant experience!
My tour guide Pepe was amazing! He was friendly, funny and knowledgeable! Our driver David got us to our destinations safely and timely. They even had a professional photographer, Fran, who was simply amazing! I cannot wait to get our pictures! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It was an absolutely beautiful and amazing experience. I cannot wait to come back!!
Mariano was an incredible and knowledgeable tour guide, him and our driver Arturo were very kind the entire time. The cenote and snorkeling experiences practically turned out to be private tours because of the low attendance. I absolutely enjoyed the entire experience from beginning to end. It is definitely worth the money and I would recommend it to any of my friends or family.
Pepe And David were great tour guides they showed us many different things and made our experience unforgettable. We would love to go back and see them and hopefully we can get them again as our tour guide because the knowledge they had and the experience Showed. We went cave diving snorkeling and also went to the ruins into Tulum. They were very punctual and very informative see you guys soon the whole experience was great
We loved our experience. David was an excellent driver and Big Pepe was a very knowledgeable guide. I highly recommend!
We went on November 6, 2020 on the discovery combo Tulum ruins reaf snorkeling and cenote caves.
OCEAN TOURS We’re great Mariano, Juan Pablo The photographer and our bus driver from Ensenada. Who made us feel at home. It was a great tour. Always love Tulum. The snorkeling was great for all my kids. they were even able to see a bunch of small jellyfish. I think the highlight of the tour was the cenote caves. Magical and beautiful. I’am Not a good swimmer. But it wasn’t a problem they gave me a life jacket. It was totally an awesome experience. As far as Covid goes there were masks on everyone and plenty of hand sanitizer. All in all a wonderful trip. We would do it again.
Everything the Mayan Ruins and the Snorkeling and the cave and the lunch! We had a great tour guide Pepe and Neff the driver and Tony the photographer!
The tour was amazing. The guide Pepe was very knowledgeable and they were all friendly and the cleanliness was spectacular
Do you want a no hassle, taste a little of everything tour? Stop looking, book! Maria was our guide, Diego our photographer and Jorge our driver: all three were amazing! While sure, it would have been nice to have a little more time at the ruins and snorkeling, it didn’t feel cut too short with all the activities combined. The cenotes and lunch alone are worth it! Travel to and from was seamless and we felt in very good hands. What are you waiting for? Go have fun!
David was a wonderful guide and host. His warm personality made our group connect. The caves, cenote, snorkeling was amazing. As was the Mayan ruins and Tulum. I highly recommend this tour - you will have fun and good food.
The day was outstanding from beginning to end. We were picked up in a very comfortable van and given snacks for the day. Tulum was magical and the tour guide informative. We weren't able to swim in the ocean due to it being murky because of the rain, but swim in a beautiful lagoon. Next stop was a Cenote and caves. Breathtaking.
Fabulous day and well worth it. Highly recommend.
This was the best excursion we’ve ever been on! So much fun in one day. The sea was choppy during snorkeling but Pepe the guide was so knowledgeable and had animo/passion about the caves and they truly were fascinating. A photographer came with us and offered very reasonable photos of the experience. Definitely a must do!!
The cenote alone is worth it!!! We had Jose(Pepe) as our guide and he was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable! They also had a photographer with the group to take pics that you can purchase at the end for a really good price for great photos! Food was amazing and the ruins at Tulum are outstanding!!! Must do excursion!!!
I truly enjoyed the trip. Tour guides were polite and knowledgable. Tulum, snorkeling and swimming in the Cenotes was just amazing. The meal included wasn't too great at all, honestly wasn't thrilled about the food, and by the time lunch was served we were pretty hungry. I would just suggest maybe bringing a few of your own snacks to help ward off the hunger. Overall, I would absolutely encourage people to go.
I went on 10/22/20 and have not received my photos I purchased. They were supposed to be emailed to me the next day.
We booked this tour last minute and greatly enjoyed it. We had 8 people total on the tour which was the perfect size. Our tour guide, Christina, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, made sure to involve everyone, and very personable.
I read the reviews before choosing this tour and wanted to call a few things out:
1) Bathrooms - very well spaced throughout the tour. Clean as well!
2) sunscreen - the email we got said biodegradable sunscreen allowed but when we got on the tour we were not allowed. My husband and I burned fairly badly Unfortunately. Wear a long sleeve shirt for the snorkeling piece!!
3) communication - communication for the day was great. We knew exactly what time we were getting picked up. Christina let us know at every step what to expect and how long we would have. During the tour she made sure we could all hear and be involved. Very helpful!
4) safety - we never once felt unsafe during the tour. The guides were fantastic and very attentive!
5) photographs - Tony was our photographer for the day. He was not there for Tulum but joined us for the entire snorkeling and half of the cenote. He got incredible pictures and only charged $40 for all of them!
This was the most amazing trip. I was very excited to do this and it exceeded my expectations 100 fold! Pepe(BB) was an amazing guide, he was funny, informative and welcoming. Tony the photographer was great as was our driver whose name escapes me at the moment. All three went out of their way to make sure we had a great day. The snorkeling was fantastic and the Cenotes are indescribable. Get ready for the most amazing day especially if Pepe(BB) is you guide!
