The most memorable part of this tour was the underground cenote. Our tour guide Xenia was amazing she was so fun and knowledgeable and spoke several languages.
Nice outing with 3 bite sized activities. Amazing private Cenote walk/swim experience! Tulum was great — it gets hot there, so however you go do it in the early AM — on this tour its correctly first. Snorkel spot was easy and beginner level fun. Cenote is off the beaten path on their private lunch, hammocks, and cenote spot.
Mariano was a great guide with lits of knowledge, people skills, and storyteller. Driver was good, van could have had better shocks, but AC was good
Great day trip. Really enjoyed all 3 activities. Would highly recommend. Loved our tour guide. Pickup at your place.
The cenote and snorkeling. And our guide At Tulum was a Mayan descendent. So cool new the language and was so informative.
This was an amazing tour! Our guide Big Pepe drive was Tony and photographer was Gui. Pepe was by far, the best guide we've had on any tour anywhere around the world. He told us just the right amount of information, history and myths without boring any of us for even one minute! I highly recommend this tour for anyone coming to this part of Mexico!
Joaquin was incredible as a guide and really made this such an enjoyable trip. The different places visited were amazing.
The entirety of the 3 in 1 Tulum, Snorkeling, and Cenote tour was outstanding! The hotel pickup service was punctual and clean, and we were greeted by our professional and knowledgeable tour guide. The guided tour of the Mayan ruins at Tulum was a unique and rewarding experience followed by a snack and snorkeling in a lagoon that was a welcome cool off from the sun. After snorkeling the tour moved into the jungle and to a remote Cenote that can only be described as breathtaking. Lunch was provided prior to exploring the underground river and was some of the best food that we had in Mexico. The professional photographer that was attached to the group took excellent photos of each event and provided them at a fair price. I absolutely recommend this tour and would do it again!
Rachael and her team were amazing . We felt safe and Rachael is extremely knowledgeable and lively.. we loved everything about our excursion
Jose “Pepe” is a knowledgeable enthusiast tour guide. The 3-1 experience was a great value. The lunch was
Exceptional tour. The tour guide Diana was great. Fun time from start to finish. Book it. You will not regret it.
By far the best guided tour I’ve been on!! If youre only in Tulum for a short period of time, this is a great way to get the most out of your trip.
Tour Guide Alex is amazing!!! She gives you ample free time to explore the ruins and take scenic pictures (shes also a great photographer). The cenote and Caves were my favorite part. You actually get to explore the entire cave, which is pretty cool! And we got to take a couple of tequila shot throughout the tour (courtesy of Alex).
The company is also extremely responsible. I left my tripod behind in the tour van and they took it to the hotel for me the following day.
Excellent tour! Mariano was an excellent guide. The whole day was spectacular but especially the cenote experience.
Absolutely THE BEST! We had SO much fun on this excursion. Alex was such a sweetheart and was so great! The ruins were awesome and our guide Jorge was funny, engaging and so knowledgeable about the Maya culture. He inspired us to visit other ruins when we return.
The snorkeling was just FABULOUS. We swam with large rays and turtles. We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the experience.
Lastly, the cenotes... were just wow. No words. This was the MOST amazing part. We were able to stroll through the jungle in a small storm to get to the opening of the cave. There was so much to explore and the swimming was such an awe-inspiring experience. The food at lunch was delicious and everyone was just so sweet.
I have already recommended this particular tour to a few friends. If you can request anyone, please pick Alex! You will not be disappointed!!
Jorge our guide was extremely knowledgeable!! Every activity was an amazing!! Tony the photographer captured life long memories with incredible shots!!! Snorkeling with Sea turles. Stingrays, squid and lobster!!! It was my favorite excursion in Mexico!!! So much in one day which Is perfect if you only have a limited time!!
So glad we chose to take this tour. From start to finish it was great. We were given estimate pick up time at 9 and they were prompt. And, we’re glad that it’s small tour group. There were only 8 of us. Juan our tour guide is courteous and friendly. He’s also very knowledgable. The Tulum tour was educational, the snorkeling was fun and we saw quite a few stingrays swimming under us. I have to say the cenote tour was the highlght though. It was enclosed cenote and it’s quite breathtaking in there. I brought my waterproof case and were able to get some amazing pics. The tour also have photographer come along and Emerson is a great one. We got the picture package that’s very reasonably priced because his pictures are so good and capture the fun we had. Highly recommended this tour. We have taken several tour through Viator and this one of the most fun one.
Omg where do I start?! This excursion was amazing from beginning to end! Our tour guide Xenia, our driver Julio Juan aka Papi and photographer Antonio aka Toni, we’re absolutely amazing, funny and so engaging! They shared true passion on teaching us about Mexican culture and making us feel comfortable during the activities! I had a HUGE fear of caves and sooo claustrophobic but the tour team as well as the group we shared the tour with were so supportive and helped me get over my fear! The Ruins tour was amazing but the snorkeling and cenote tour was breathtaking and so much fun!!!! Nothing but laughs and excitement throughout the whole activity! When they say the excursion will take 10 hours or more, it’s absolutely true so be ready to enjoy an entire day of activities. The food at the Cenote was to die for!!!! You MUST eat everything offered! Hands down, you will not be disappointed booking this but will recommend requesting the tour team mentioned above for 100% guaranteed fun!!!
This trip was by far one of the best days of my life! The day started out extra special with it being my birthday and ended even better getting engaged! The tour guide, Pepe (?) and driver Chucho were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to make the day extra special! They were very knowledgeable and passionate about the trip and also so fun! We shared a lot of laughs that day! The ruins were amazing and the snorkeling was beautiful. We didn’t get to go into the ocean as the water was too choppy but they had an awesome back up plan so we snorkeled at an inlet instead, which was breathtaking! Lunch at the denotes was fresh, homemade traditional Mexican lunch followed by a trip to the cenotes (my favorite part). You will NOT be disappointed with this trip! It’s a must!
It was an AMAZING experience. I never been on a tour where everyone got along and I felt like I could hang with EVERYONE! We ended up meeting up as a group after this Tour and hanging out the whole time in Tulum. Which was great because I was a solo traveler. I thought it would be just going over a few spots but we were all in the cenotes, swimming, hiking, jumping. We spend a good time at the reefs and the ruins. Great information with great picture service! The photographer was SoooooOooOoooOo good! He took amazing pictures. So if you forget your camera, don’t worry, he captures the whole experience, even candid pictures. Loved the whole trip experience. Do this trip as a first starter trip because they give you tips, tricks, and advice on what to do for the rest of your trip.
One of the best excursion we did when in Playa del Carmen. Cristina, our guide, was outstanding - personable, funny, very knowledgeable and patient! Day packed with excitement, adventures and delicious food. A must when in the area!
Super great tour with a great guide. The Snorkel was pretty intense with the coral very close to the surface. The Cenote was the highlight of the day for sure!
Ruins were interesting, and it felt like just the right amount of time doing each activity. It was a lot of driving but well worth it.
Pepe was the Best tour guide ever!! We had an amazing experience. My friend was scared and he talked her through the whole thing and she ended up really enjoying it!
Great experience with an excellent tour guide. Loved the timing and keeping us out of the sun when explaining stuff... And the Cenote was so AMAZING!?!
Cenote was the best! A little more time than 15 minutes at the Tulum would be perfect. Driver was excellent. Guide was nice.
Pepe (BB) was fantastic!! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly with great bilingual skills. It was an amazing adventure, would highly recommend to anyone. Food was also excellent!!
This was by far thee best tour we experienced! The guide Ruben was so helpful and had so much personality. Arturo our driver was so knowledgeable about all the history and facts. Our photographer Ruben took amazing candid photos that made the experience priceless!! The lunch served was authentic and taste amazing! We were able to shop and see the Mayan natives, snorkel in the lagoon, and dive in the Cenotes! You don’t want to miss this excursion!! By far our absolute favorite! Our group was like a family by the time we departed. Looooooooved it! And they implemented safety regulations with Covid, although it did not take away from the experience it added additional sense of safety.
Amazing views! Such fun tour guides and photographer that were all very knowledgeable. My kids had the time of their lives in the cave and jumping into the cenote!! It was the best part of our trip and the rest of the trip was amazing too.
Amazing trip! Nora was a fantastic guide and we loved every part of the day! We especially enjoyed the cenote. We highly recommend this tour!
This tour was full of culture, adventure and history. George is very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend this trip.
The Cenote is the best part. Worth it. The ruines are already very short and not restored. Good guide though
Our guides Mariano and Arturo were fantastic! Very knowledgeable and super friendly and personable! Made the tour a very pleasant experience!
