A wonderful experience! Exactly what I wanted. Staff were friendly, professional and service oriented. The ambiance in the room was calming, the clothes they provided were comfortable and the snacks they provided before and after were a nice way to enter and exit the experience. It was nice to have a form to fill out to highlight areas to focus on or areas to be gentle. I would go back in a second!

I was a bit hesitant when I came here because the hotel I was staying at supposedly called and booked me for an 90 min massage. Well they couldn’t find my rsvp. I was there at 5:30 and the next available was at 7. I said well it’s ok bc I already took a cab to get there and would wait. I fill in the paperwork identifying where my sciatica was acting up. The young lady came back several times to clarify exactly where my pain was. Well instead of waiting 1.5 hours she took me across the street and I was in at 6:15!! Let me tell you this gal dug and dug into my glute !!! You know I fell asleep it was so good! I’m mad I didnt get her name because I’d go back tomorrow!! They give you snacks and a drink before and after. It’s super clean, everyone is super friendly and I was so happy afterwards!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

Incredible. Just, incredible. The shiatsu massage is designed to relieve muscle tension - great for those who work out frequently. Before the massage, they will ask you to fill out a survey on how hard you'd like the massage to be at various body parts. This was especially helpful as the masseuse as i didnt have to actively inform them on the strength I prefer. They just did it according to the survey and it was perfect! During the massage, they provide heat packs for your eyes, stomach, hands and feet. I tend to feel cold easily at these parts so I was extremely grateful for this service. After the massage, our table was prepard with snacks - soup, coconut crackers and watermelon - and they were so tasty. We even bought 4 packets of the coconut crackers. They also laid out our slippers neatly by the table. Overall, price and service were superb. I will definitely come again (tomorrow). They offer 10%-15% discount on subsequent visits.

Masseuse was amazing. Consistent, strong and soothing. Rarely do I fall asleep during a massage. Perfect. Would recommend anyone to come here.

I am from the the U.S and I can promise you this place is super clean and professional. I was amazed of how kind the front desk are, and the masseuses Ms Man and Ms Linh are the best! I had a 4 hand massage and the experience was so relaxing I almost fell asleep! I felt rejuvenated and joyful afterwards. It’s a must if you’re in Vietnam 🇺🇸❤️🇻🇳

It is an extremely friendly environment to get your massage done. They showed their hospitality with every efforts. I really appreciate how they treated all customers like their their family. I’ve lived in Saigon and tried lots of really good ones. Herbal Spa is definitely one of the kind. Will come back every time we visit Danang.
